My husband bought me boots from silverburn store and although I tried them on in store he said for them and he mentioned the assistant said something about guarantee I then discovered that there are no refunds only exchange or credit I have not been able to wear them due to a previous hip fracture so basically left with an £89 purchase that is no use to me

I have been a customer of Kurt Geiger for many years, spending a lot of money in store at your stores in Glasgow and Edinburgh, the run around my sister is having with your customer service team after ordering 5 pairs of sandals online for our family is nothing less than disgusting.
She was at home in Glasgow awaiting her order on 7th January 2026. A message from Evri stated it was delivered, it was NOT delivered to her address but thrown into an unknown location as per photograph sent to her by Evri
Various emails have been send to your customer service team and Evri with proof that the Evri driver had indeed delivered it to the wrong address, she visited all her neighbours to no avail.
She spent £250 and nothing to show for it.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
Kurt Geiger as a retail outlet have a duty of care to ensure customer orders are delivered to the customers correct address but you continue to use Evri, a totally inadequate company.
Sort this shambles out now!!
I will continue to support my sister until she receives a full refund for goods she did not receive

I love the brand and what I ordered. The only thing that took away from my experience was your customer service team. Your website had a glitch and I accidentally placed 2 identical orders, they were unable to consolidate or make any ammendments even though I wrote to them within 15 mins of placing the order.

I am very pissed off and frustrated. I got 2 pairs of shoes from Kurt Geiger and paid a good amount of money-I was starting a new job, and wanted to look presentable and professional. Both of the shoes hurt my leg really bad, they are the right size however, it really feels like there is no support whatsoever and as if I am breaking my bones every time I walk in them. I reached a point now where I can’t wear them any more. Such a waste of my money. What a shame

I bought a Kurt Geiger Hoxton Camera bag online, (ordered online 19th Nov & b’day was on 18th Dec) as a b’day gift for my friend, and all was fine at first, but after she used the bag only 2-3 times in the space of less than 7 weeks, the zipper puller, came right off the zipper. So I contacted customer services, & sent them photos & expected a reply saying that they would exchange the bag, since it’s faulty.

To which I replied that maybe I’m misunderstanding what he’s saying? Because since it’s only been 7 weeks, according to my consumer rights, it’s Kurt Geigers responsibility, to exchange the ‘faulty’ bag or offer a full refund.
But I haven’t heard back from him yet.
So I called the London Kurt Geiger Head office, for advice, 4 times so far, in the past 2 days, and their phone rings for a while, & then you get a msg “we’re busy at present please call back later”
I also called Kurt Geiger, that’s inside Fenwick, to ask if I cld return the bag to them, for an exchange, with proof of purchase, but Fenwick said that they can’t do it.
Anyway, I’m utterly appalled with all this, not only is it embarrassing with my friend, that the bag I gifted her, broke so quickly, but also the poor, slow, & frustrating customer service that I’m experiencing.
I expected a much more professional and customer focused service.
Could someone from Kurt Geiger, with authority, pls contact me to resolve this issue ASAP please?
In response to the KG reply below, your response isn’t good enough, this is not the type of customer service, that is expected from a designer brand.
Why can you not replace a designer bag that is faulty, or offer a full refund if it is bought online? You are the only company that has ever stated that. I find it extremely odd, & I’m wondering if it is legal?
By the way, I’m still waiting for a response from the ticket that I submitted. To say that I’m unimpressed, is an understatement, and it has completely put me off ever purchasing Kurt Geiger again.

The worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. I was able to contact a rep ONE TIME for my return and refund. They have received the return according to Fedex but I have not recieved my money back. It's been over 3 weeks since they have received. I can't get in touch with anyone. I will NEVER shop here again.

I placed an order on 12/18/25 because Kurt Geiger advertised that orders placed by 12/18 with express delivery ($9.99) would arrive in time for Christmas. I needed the item for Christmas, which is why I paid extra for express shipping.
My order did not ship until 12/20 and was delivered on 12/26, after Christmas. The express delivery therefore did not meet the advertised promise.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund of the express shipping fee, I received generic explanations about shipping timelines instead of acknowledgment that the advertised Christmas delivery was missed. I was then asked to provide a screenshot of the promotion — which is unreasonable, as this was after Christmas, and customers should not be expected to document checkout promises in anticipation that a company may not honor them.
If holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed, it should not be advertised. Charging for express shipping under a stated Christmas delivery promise and then refusing to refund it when that promise is not met is misleading.
I expected more accountability and transparency from a brand at this price point.

I bought three pairs of the same earrings because their shape in the image and description on the brand's website made it possible for me to use them as piercings. But the three that arrived do not match either the image or the description on the website.
This is not the first time this has happened to me, and between the last time and now, you have updated the image of the same earring, keeping them as I wanted them (which was already shown on the website before). I don't understand why you send me something different from what is shown, nor do I understand how you can put new images on your website for the same earring, keeping the shape and description I want, but send me something different.
Honestly, I just want you to send me the correct earrings, corresponding to the images and description on your website.

have visited ur store at Cheshire oak outlet on 5th January 2026 and I have bought the shoes which is £119.00 .
The issue is my sister in law doesn't like it so I went to exchange or return to one of the kurt geiger store near my house in london and they said it's damage shoes and I have asked how is the damage it's just one day after one college explain me the shoes grips is damage and it's not happening in one and so I took the picture of New shoe pair so plz have a look if will attach the damage shoes picture of New one and which i have received and what I found it .
So now m asking for refund for the shoes and I can't travel to there for it.
Plz have a look of the pictures for new shoes n the one I have it bcoz it won't happen in a day and not even the were it.
I haven't received any update from the store and they r not even answering the phone call.

Lovely bags and great quality only inconvenience was when I ordered it suggest a gift box which I purchased with the bag only to find out the bag was to big for the gift box and they shop wouldnt refund me when I picked up from store. Luckily the girl in the shop had a much larger gift box she swapped it with.
