Not the best place to order a scooter
Not the best place to order a scooter, their site needs to be updated. Its always a 50/50 chance that the scooter you order is in stock because their site doesnt show it. My refund took 12 Days to get and they always suggested to another model even tho i only wanted the G2 MAX. After all they ended up refunding me when i spammed emails at them…..

They answered my review fast as you can see and told me that they contacted me through email but they didnt, why are you lying? Is this really a scam site? You have 12 hours to ship my G3 scooter or you will get legally sued.
Update 2: I opened the dispute through Revolut. Kukirin customer service is trying to convince me that they can't refund me because dispute is opened ahah. They want me to cancel the dispute so they can refund me. Nice try.

They offered me a different scooter—one I had considered taking—but I subsequently realized it was even heavier than the G2 MAX. Since you are unable to fulfill the order, please refund my money. When invoking my 14-days refund right, customer service simply points to their policies on the website. They keep ignoring my lawful right, so i'm consulting ECC now.
Also in the email for trustpilot review, the links only work for "Good" and "Excellent". Another thing that makes me think they're a scam-like getrichquick company. I regret buying there.

The next day i've received an email that the product isn't on stock.
I chosed to take a refund but they didn't respond.They sended me emails that they can deliver another model but always ghosted the fact that i wanted a refund.
