One of the worst customer service…
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
I requested a refund and instead of simply processing it, I was ignored for days and repeatedly offered alternatives I never asked for. What should have been a straightforward refund turned into a week-long struggle just to get my own money back.
Communication was poor, responses were slow, and at times it felt like the company was doing everything possible to avoid issuing the refund. The only positive thing I can say is that I eventually received my money back.
To make things even more ridiculous, after all of this they asked me to leave a five-star review.
A five-star review is earned through good service, not requested after providing bad service.

Non existent customer service
I received the scooter and the brakes stopped working in just a few days and there was rust on the scooter. I did not receive a confirmation email or an order number. I sent an email and a follow up email for refund request but did not receive a response to either email. Too bad I didn't read all of these reviews earlier. I would never have spent all this money, it's clearly not a reputable company. Next step will be to dispute the charge with my credit card.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m having my bank investigate them for fraud. I ordered a scooter in the beginning of June and have not received a product. It took weeks for them to tell me they couldn’t ship to me and I asked for my money back. They have ghosted me and still have not refunded my money. They have $600 that is mine. This company is criminal and should be investigated.
