This item was advertised as being able to be delivered by Amazon. The item was delivered to a post office to which my daughter in law had to go and collect, however upon arrival she also had to pay extra for the item to be released. This is not as advertised and should be illegal it certainly is bad practice. I have tried several times to bring this up with the supplier and get the same automated response every time. which says they are looking into it, what a load of rubbish. If this had not been a birthday present it would be going back under misrepresentation. I do not recommend this supplier and if you choose to use them i hope it goes ok for you as you will not get any help from them if you have a problem. Shame on them and shame on Amazon who have also not got back to me regarding this matter.

This is my go-to place for books. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. I have ordered from them a couple of times and there were never any issues. My last order took only 5 days to deliver.

I am utterly appalled by the service I received from Polska Księgarnia Internetowa, particularly from Adrianna Andrzejczak and Wiktoria Tomiak. Over a week ago, I placed an order for a book, only to be informed a few days later that it was no longer available. I was offered a full refund, which I agreed to. Since then, I've exchanged numerous emails with Adrianna Andrzejczak, who has been exceptionally rude and unhelpful.

Despite my clear request for a refund, Adrianna has continually resisted processing it, even though I was later told the book is now back in stock. I have since purchased the book elsewhere and no longer need it. Yet, instead of respecting my wishes, I was told that the book would be sent to me regardless.

How is this considered customer service? To insist on sending me a product I don't want and to treat me with such disdain is beyond frustrating. It’s clear that your customer service is failing, and I am absolutely disgusted by the experience. With so many negative reviews, it's clear that this is a recurring issue. Polska Księgarnia Internetowa really needs to take a long, hard look at the way they treat their customers.

Niece never received her barbie mermaid for her 4th birthday and was very sad. Do not trust. Dodgy tracking no given. No way to track. Stealing money every day from poor innocent shoppers.

Excellent bookshop, order packed neatly and securely, although shipped from Poland to UK, delivery was really fast. The shop's website looks a bit outdated and would benefit from a little upgrade but that does not impact my shopping experience as the prices are reasonable and great selection of books is available. I have purchased from this bookstore few times so far, and each time was 100% satisfied. Would recommend!

I honestly can’t complain. I read a lot so I’ve been using this company many times in the past - reasons? Good selection of books, not too expensive (although there are cheaper book shops online - ksiazka.uk for example), fast dispatch, quick delivery.

Best polish bookstore,inexpensive,frequent offers.Delivery from Poland is very fast.Fantastic choice of books,so I keep coming back and service is always first class.

I had a positive experience with Polska Księgarnia Internetowa. Ordered 9 books and I made a mistake by accidentally ordering two of the same book. I emailed customer services who were happy to exchange the extra book for another of the same value. The whole order was dispatched two days later and then arrived within five working days through tracked Royal Mail. The books arrived in excellent condition, in recyclable cardboard packaging too which is a bonus.

Please never use this company. Ordered few books. TNT says they delivered but not to my address and no prof of delivery but Polska ksiegarnia says that ‘product has been delivered to me. Once again thank you for buying from our bookstore. We hope the experience was pleasant and we look forward to your next visit’ I think they think it’s a joke and they don’t care if people loosing money as long as they are payed.

Nice selection of cheap books, unfortunately VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. When I approached them on recent deal to give my opinion on poor advertisement (not even a complaint but simple suggestion) I received extremely unprofessional response in return, with inappropriate comments and attitude. The solution to resolve the "issue" would only waste more of my time so I passed.
Only in December 2019 I ordered (the household) over 10 books. In 2020 so far I ordered (again between the household) 8 books. Still I wasnt a valued enough customer to be treated with good manners.
Also the time frame from the moment the order is placed until the books arrive is the longest out of all online book stores I used in UK. So if your order is time sensitive, this business is to be avoided.
