The price does not always make the difference
This is a review only for the Hotel: Krystal Urban Cancun:
The Hotel is well located and has a swimming pool service with a nice design. I understand that guests are taken to the beach for free at their beach club, which is definitely a plus. The staff is very friendly, especially the dining room staff. However, the rooms are old, dirty and it seems that they do not care at all about the image they are giving to the general public. In my case, my room was in a deplorable state of cleanliness. The bathroom, especially the shower, was covered in soap grease from 2 months ago, the shower only had a little bit of water coming out, that is, it had lime and rust from many months or years ago perhaps!! I complained about it and the truth is they did little to improve. In other words, what they don't clean in two or three months, they won't be able to do it in 15 minutes. They changed my shower and brushed the tiles.
