Instead of giving any recommendations and recipes to solve the problem their therapist don't want to do anything, but recommend to buy paracetamol. Also the therapist was rude.
I have regular inflammations in my nose and I no longer understand where to go and what to do.
Booked a consultation. Consultant did not show up for the appointment. I tried to reschedule, but all of the reschedule options gives a error message. The only remaining option was to cancel the meeting, which then creates a late cancellation charge.
This is a scam company, avoid them.
Just changed vårdcentral, because I have been ill for over 9 months now and my vårdcentral was not doing anything. I have strong chestpains and can't do anything because of pain all over my body. So I changed to this vårdcentral. Called them and explained the situation is urgent and that I would need to see a doctor as soon as possible. Woman on the phone told me I would have to wait a month for an appointment with a doctor. Seriously? No use to have this as your vårdcentral. As many of the other vårdcentrals, they do not give a D*** about your health. Not strange that people are dying in Sweden while waiting to see a doctor.
I had 2 melanoma removed a few years ago and now 2 new ones that have the same characteristics showed up, so I got in touch with my vårdcentral (not Kry) and they told me they couldn't help because they didn't have dermatology there. So I accessed KRY, which had an option in the menu saying "skin cancer". So I booked the appointment, where a 20 year old doctor (probably an intern) called and he requested picture from the spots, I sent during the appointment. He submitted the remis while in the call and said that it was all set and the clinic would get in touch with me. 2 weeks passed and nothing, so I called the clinic and they said that they never received a remis. So I called KRY support and they said that the doctor wrote to me after my appointment saying the remis could not be sent and I should go to my vårdcentral as this kind of problem can only be examined physically. Well, so: Why they have the skin cancer option in the app in first place? Why did the doctor requested images and affirmed during the call that the remis was submitted, even giving me the name of the clinic. I feel so disrespected....they are dealing with people's health....
I scheduled an urgent appointment regarding my health issue. The doctor was only speaking in Swedish and instead of connecting me with an English speaker, he started sharing his personal views about speaking in Swedish because he learned the language 20 years ago and he found it disrespectful and unfair me not to know the language.
I did not know that I signed on Duolingo instead of Kry and of course, I did not get proper help.
No no no, don’t waste your time and risk your health! I had a video appointment, sent a picture in advance, described all the symptoms, explained that it is a tick bite, and still after receiving all the info the “doctor” couldn’t diagnose Lyme disease. Told me to wait and see what happens. Had to rush to a local wård central the next day for an urgent proper help.
This service is a joke. Had an appointment today at 16:00 online via the KRY app. Was waiting for more than an hour for doctor to reach out to me as the app suggested and she never did. Doctors name: Parastoo Salehzadeh. I don’t know what went wrong.. is there my fault somewhere? I could have received at least some sort of a message from the doctor or something like that, but the appointment after one hour just disappeared from the app and I never got any service. Was trying to reach out to all the contact numbers possible and no one is reachable, all the lines busy and the calls are just being dropped. Totally wasted time. Messaged a nurse about this as well via the chat and the nurse just said reach out to Support and closed the chat. KRY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
First after one hour of delay for appointment, they canceled it and then when they finally called the application was not working properly so they finished the conversation and didnt contact me. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Very rude, without any specialisation. Only nurses are available.
Previously, it was tolerable, but nowadays, each appointment feels like a conversation about my health problems with an unfamiliar individual who landed a job there, lacking any understanding of what to do and offering me scarce medical guidance. Is it justifiable to shell out 300 SEK to receive a mere suggestion of "get some rest, drink plenty of water, and take Alvedon"? My pharmacist provides me with the same advice free of charge.
Decided to use KRY to renew a prescription. 5 days later prescription is still not renewed. But I've been invoiced for an appointment that I never had, they can't possibly be charging for NOT renewing a prescription.
I hate this company with all my heart.
Their constant auto listing of patients against their knowledge or wish is a disgrace. I'v recently lost my place at a Vårdcentral I loved and had been with for years due to a quick call during a trip that concerned my son.
Now I cannot be listed there again due to a long queue.
And calling this Kry company trying to get an appointment is like banging your head against a wall.
NEVER use them. NEVER EVER call them.
Stay away from these leaches.
I called them for my kid, who has been sick for some days, with fever going back and forth, and other symptoms. Their answer, after 25 minutes of queue: well, your kid isn't feeling well, I have no idea of what it is, take her to Vardcentralen!
I mean, really? I knew that by myself, what are you there for?
Paul Saliba referred me to Cristina Bergquist to discuss the obesity, with whom I had an appointment today.
To say that I have never met more incompetent person in my life is to say nothing. I really doubt that a person with basic medical education could give such recommendations as "don't drink any water, only 2 l of green tea a day". Additionally she recommended me to follow interval fasting. All these recommendations were provided without any explanations of the reason. Unfortunately, I must say, I can't believe anymore that Kry has licensed healthcare staffing, at least definitely not the one working with obesity.
Shall I also add that I had an eating disorder in the past that I notified Kry about, however "the doctor" did not take it into consideration at all. No surprise given the lack of competency.
I was also sent to do come blood checks that make total sense (at least something) which I won't do because I will not continue solving my problem with Kry.
Do not go to their Clinics!! I ended up in Kry Lättakuten in Sundbyberg with lung infection due to my astma. Nurse has dropped inhalation mask on the floor, picked it up and stucked to my face..I have left immediatly. No sanitazation, no health and safty protocols, they dont wash hands between patients. Whole place is extremly dirty and disgusting. People working there dont have basic higene . Horrible!
Free coffee but no health care….. Absolute disaster. Six weeks later they have lost my papers, the scan I was sent to had 27 weeks waiting list. They have said numerous time that they will sort out what has happened and get back to me. Most of the times they have not even got back with an answer. Still trying to get care of some sort but I’m doubting Kry does healthcare at all….
There is a service called urgent appointment in kry app. This is totaly waste of time and nothing just way to earn money. The doctors do not take a look at you for more than 5 minutes and that too if it is very critical. I had fever for 10 days and he gave me just 5 minute and no medicine. I pushed him to write a blood sample.
Dr I met in Sickla: catastrophic visit. a doctor who was dissmissiv, patronizing, arrogant and very passiv agressiv. He denied my daughters problems, said he wont check anything and wont even listen to the advices from her pedetrician. He tried to do the lesson to me for every single words i was saying. He was exalterad but tried to play cool . It was very incomfortable and even a bit scarry to be in the same room as him . He had no patience, and obviously some ego and power problems. The kind of doctor who hurts and disgrace the profession
Doctor Amir Bezreh - digital appointment at Kry. I was getting in touch to ask for crutches due to severe foot pain and to ask for help with the foot problem. He was ill-tempered from the start and after I explained my problem and that I needed crutches he asked ‘why are you contacting me’. He didn’t seem aware of how the Kry service works- you get a digital appointment first and then they send you to a clinic if needed. When I re-explained my problem he actually said ‘what do you want me to do about it’. I then asked him what he thought considering I was unable to walk. He reacted in anger and hung up the call. He actually seemed to have had a little temper tantrum - and then I read in my patient notes that he wrote ‘patienten var otrevliga’. I am writing this review because I do not think it is okay for a misogynistic doctor to get away with harassing a patient and being openly dismissive. KRY do not record the video calls so I had no legal way to prove what happened in that call and how he treated me. I think it is unacceptable that a patient has no rights in such a situation. I reported it to KRY and they said someone would get back to me. No one ever got back to me. (Almost 6 months have passed). If you are a woman, I strongly advise you to avoid this doctor.
