My son (17) ordered a fast charger for is Ninebot F2 Pro. The connector broke in 6 weeks. I send a message asking if this is covered under warranty. What I got next in response goes beyond all proportion:
"Physical damage is not covered by the warranty. If your child has broken the charger, you should buy a new one and treat your future chargers more carefully. It's not a manufacturing problem that your child pulled the cable and broke the connection. Because the product didn't arrive broken, it arrived brand new. If, months later, you break the connector, it doesn't make much sense to send an email asking us to pay for a product your child broke. It's just common sense.
If you don't want to buy another charger, you can buy the cable and replace it, but it's recommended to buy another charger and encourage your child not to pull on the cable and to unplug it carefully, which is the normal unplugging procedure.
We can offer you a complimentary shipping option if you decide to purchase another charger, but we cannot be held responsible for physical damage. Your child should learn to unplug the charger carefully or prevent the vehicle from falling to the ground when charging; these are the most common reasons for charging port breakage."
He assumed my son is a little child, that we send a message months later (we ordered 6 weeks ago). That I wanted him to pay for the broken cable, while all I asked was if it was covered under warranty. I responded to this message with disbelief. I told him the customer service could and should be much better and that these accusations are nonsense. He reacted that I tried to scam the business (for 65 euros, right) and that it was all our fault because we received a new device. As if new devices can't brake, especially when it is poor material.
There is gonna be a reaction I'm lying, so be it. I know I'm telling the truth.
Addition: 🤣Your hilarious. For the last time, I never asked for a new item, I never asked for my money back. But the way he responded to my question is preposterous. The reaction underneath says it all. And for the record, there is no glue to be found and the welding point is 2mm. But I’m moving on with my life. I suggest he does the same, and I still recommend a class in communicating and customer service. 👋🏼

We placed an order on 23.04.2025. We asked one specific question about the invoice. The seller could not complete our request, so we had to confirm, that we give up on our request. We did it and then we required the shipping ID. Until today (30.04.2025) no feedback.
We contacted the seller today on whatspp and we got it. Very poor contact with the customer support, very rude, impolite, incompetent, aggressive.

The part I bought was double the price than in Aliexpress, paid €18 for shipping thinking it will be coming very fast from Europe, as the page shows Spain address. I received the tracking and guess what? Its been one week already, It is coming from China and it says it will get to my address in Ireland by the end of the month or beginning of May. Stupid right.

This man is a fantastic salesperson—very helpful and incredibly fast in his responses. I had to travel to India the next day, and thanks to him, I was able to take my laptop with a new battery. He managed to stop Correos Express so I could receive the new charger the next day.
He even sent me a video to show that the product was working and a photo of it prepared for shipping. I highly recommend him!

A lot of the products on the website are sloppy chinese mass produced trash. The product I got was not up to standard at all.
As you can see on this site here, the owner is a complete nutjob threatening people with legal action and calling them liars! Trying to scare people into removing their reviews obviously!
Calling you clients liars is no way to do business, not at all! Stay away from this establishment!

I ordered some upgrade parts for my scooter, sadly the delivery time was quite long due to customs control.
They were very helpful and quick to respond the entire time and also very friendly.
While my order was being processed in customs control my old batteries sadly died, luckily the nice staff at Kroxne offered me a discount on a new battery, and shipped it along with everything else.
When I received the package, everything was in good condition, and they even sent me a couple extra gifts to make up for the long wait time, which I appreciate so much.
Absolutely amazing store with some of the best customer service out there, I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future! :)
Just wanna say this seller is fully legitimate. Very supportive through whatsapp if you have any questions or trying to look out for a pacific part they will help you get the right one! I agree with some that some parts I found out can be overpriced depending what country you live in I guess. I ordered a new mother board for my scooter and the seller may test product to see if it works before shipment so there's no mess up. It came to the United Kingdom about a week later. Everything worked great how it should. I recommend this shop alot! I will be buying more parts of here in the future :)

I placed two orders on Kroxne.
At first, when you discover the website and the ability to get the informations you need via WhatsApp, the person who responded was very kind, helpful and professional and gives you all the informations you need and the confidence to place your order.
The website indicates that orders placed before the afternoon will be sent the same day (same day shipping). That was the first deception, orders take 5 days to be processed and sent (in their defense including the weekend).
I receive my orders, the product came dusty and in an open box and the product that was sent was not the product that was pictured on the website. And that is the second deception ! At the moment you encounter a problem the kind and helpful person that responds on WhatsApp changes personality and you discover really where you ended !
Immediately, you (the customer) is surely the problem ! « it seem you don’t know how to proceed with our product » / « you make assumptions without knowing » because in the end YOU are the problem.
Via WhatsApp responds to everything except the concern you expressed and pretend to not see where the problem is. Send you screen captures from a discussion with the manufacturer to cover itself that you received a good working and adapted product.
At this point that is where I stop arguing via WhatsApp and let it go !
In their defense again, they try to call me on the phone via WhatsApp, but I had no urge to argue with this person !
In the end, I figured myself how to make things work and had to buy additional hardware to mount the thing.
Don’t be fooled guys ! You will surely see the real personality of the owner in the response behind this advice.
If I can give you an advice, buy elsewhere !
