Broke fast, rude person and poor customer service

My son (17) ordered a fast charger for is Ninebot F2 Pro. The connector broke in 6 weeks. I send a message asking if this is covered under warranty. What I got next in response goes beyond all proportion:

"Physical damage is not covered by the warranty. If your child has broken the charger, you should buy a new one and treat your future chargers more carefully. It's not a manufacturing problem that your child pulled the cable and broke the connection. Because the product didn't arrive broken, it arrived brand new. If, months later, you break the connector, it doesn't make much sense to send an email asking us to pay for a product your child broke. It's just common sense.

If you don't want to buy another charger, you can buy the cable and replace it, but it's recommended to buy another charger and encourage your child not to pull on the cable and to unplug it carefully, which is the normal unplugging procedure.

We can offer you a complimentary shipping option if you decide to purchase another charger, but we cannot be held responsible for physical damage. Your child should learn to unplug the charger carefully or prevent the vehicle from falling to the ground when charging; these are the most common reasons for charging port breakage."

He assumed my son is a little child, that we send a message months later (we ordered 6 weeks ago). That I wanted him to pay for the broken cable, while all I asked was if it was covered under warranty. I responded to this message with disbelief. I told him the customer service could and should be much better and that these accusations are nonsense. He reacted that I tried to scam the business (for 65 euros, right) and that it was all our fault because we received a new device. As if new devices can't brake, especially when it is poor material.

There is gonna be a reaction I'm lying, so be it. I know I'm telling the truth.

Addition: 🤣Your hilarious. For the last time, I never asked for a new item, I never asked for my money back. But the way he responded to my question is preposterous. The reaction underneath says it all. And for the record, there is no glue to be found and the welding point is 2mm. But I’m moving on with my life. I suggest he does the same, and I still recommend a class in communicating and customer service. 👋🏼

You think you're smarter than everyone else by putting on this show on TRUSTPILOT just because you couldn't get a free charger for your careless child... The most interesting thing about this is that we'll see more similar reviews from you in the future because your dishonesty prevents you from admitting your child broke the charger... Ghosts don't exist, and things don't break by themselves, but in your house, there are ghosts who pull the cable excessively and then write stupid emails trying to make others pay for their mistake: YOUR CHILD IS CARELESS. Instead of investing several hours creating online dramas, educate your child so he doesn't break more items. I repeat, our store is not going to take responsibility for something you broke... if it's a manufacturing defect, a problem that was already there at the time of delivery, it's covered by the warranty... YOU BROKE the item and yet you sent us a stupid email trying to scam the store... if I BREAK something, I don't email a company to try to make them pay for my mistakes. Apparently, you're used to these kinds of SCAMS. Obviously, it didn't work out for you. If you want new items sent to you after you break them, get comprehensive insurance. The warranty doesn't cover your child or anyone else pulling the cable incorrectly, causing tensions the connector wasn't designed to withstand.

Yes, I assure you that you are lying. You know perfectly well that the cable IS NOW BROKEN, and it wasn't BROKEN before. Things BREAK when they are MISMANAGED. You think your son is perfect and that he didn't pull the cable or mistreat the charger. Well, go ahead with that idea... he'll spend his whole life buying things and trying to blame someone else for what his son does wrong.

I don't care if you give me one star. I'm not going to pay for an item that YOUR CHILD BROKEN... it's called HONESTY. I don't contact a company to demand a new item if I know perfectly well that I broke that item: that's called SCAM.

If you are into that, good luck with that idea, be honest and buy the things your child BREAKS, don’t try to make others pay for what you BREAK… YOU ASSUME it is a quality problem, quite convenient that idea when you want others to pay for your mistakes, we have been selling that charger for years, the only reason for a SOLDERED IRON connector to two cables and consciously glued with plastic to break, is if the cable has been pulled and has not been disconnected correctly… you can learn from this mistake or you can continue breaking chargers and blaming other people for the mistake your child makes when disconnecting the charger.

Very poor contact with the customer…

We placed an order on 23.04.2025. We asked one specific question about the invoice. The seller could not complete our request, so we had to confirm, that we give up on our request. We did it and then we required the shipping ID. Until today (30.04.2025) no feedback.
We contacted the seller today on whatspp and we got it. Very poor contact with the customer support, very rude, impolite, incompetent, aggressive.

The part I bought was double the price…

The part I bought was double the price than in Aliexpress, paid €18 for shipping thinking it will be coming very fast from Europe, as the page shows Spain address. I received the tracking and guess what? Its been one week already, It is coming from China and it says it will get to my address in Ireland by the end of the month or beginning of May. Stupid right.
On the reply below you "community" can tell how they are. And by the way, it is not true about the customs, it just arrive in Dublin customs yesterday (8 days after), I have the email tracking history, pasted here:

The package was delivered in record time (there were two weekends in between and a Holy Week holiday) - our company is going to sue this individual for defamation; he is the most deceitful and offensive person I've had to deal with in decades.

This client has been lying about our company and trying to damage our reputation. As the package tracking shows, we have been telling the truth at all times, and the shipping company, our international shipping agent, and all customs documentation related to this package can attest to this.

UPDATED: it is stupid think that you can see more than us about one package, your package is in AIRPORT waiting for be free by CUSTOM. Remember, you are a normal person, you are not a SHEIKH -

It’s been 9 days because the customer is spoken to first before sending the package and because it requires 2 days of preparation and processing of documents, the package has been in transit for only 5 days, but it doesn’t matter if the customer wants to continue lying about the matter… that’s already irrelevant, what can you expect from someone who thinks he’s a SHEIKH, KING of a country or who knows what’s in his imagination, this person stupidly believes that because he paid €18 for a shipment his package must have been sent by private plane and that he is not required to go through customs controls, instead of deleting his review he continues thinking he is a SHEIKH… it’s interesting to see how there are people so arrogant and at the same time, stupid.

The product is already at Dublin's local airport, shipped on the 9th, and is already in your city on April 16th. It's all pretty stupid, including this review. Think before you speak.

Obviously the product is not in your hands because you are a normal person, you are not the King of a country, nor a SHEIKH, or anything like that, nor have you paid 1000€ to corrupt the customs department and have your package pass directly without being controlled by customs, then you will have to wait like any mortal for the customs documentation to be processed in your country ... normally you will have to wait like a normal person 2 to 4 days, if you have complaints about this ... put a negative review at CUSTOMS in Dublin, not us, normally PUBLIC companies are not subject to the times or complaints of stupid customers who talk and give their opinions without thinking ... now, if you are a multimillionaire or the son of a SHEIKH you can pay for a private plane to bring you the part without going through customs control.

This is what happens with express shipments costing €18 from China... which usually arrive in the destination country in less than a week. The purchase order is not sent immediately after you place the order...

Back to reality, you're a normal individual, one of the crowd, and you'll have to wait for your package to clear customs just like everyone else in the world... Now, if you think you're a multimillionaire because you paid €18 for a shipment and you think your package should have been shipped by private plane and shouldn't have to go through customs, I suggest you wake up from that dream. Real life is different from what you imagine in your mind.

Excelent service!

This man is a fantastic salesperson—very helpful and incredibly fast in his responses. I had to travel to India the next day, and thanks to him, I was able to take my laptop with a new battery. He managed to stop Correos Express so I could receive the new charger the next day.

He even sent me a video to show that the product was working and a photo of it prepared for shipping. I highly recommend him!

Terrible company, insane owner

A lot of the products on the website are sloppy chinese mass produced trash. The product I got was not up to standard at all.

As you can see on this site here, the owner is a complete nutjob threatening people with legal action and calling them liars! Trying to scare people into removing their reviews obviously!

Calling you clients liars is no way to do business, not at all! Stay away from this establishment!

Absolutely amazing store!

I ordered some upgrade parts for my scooter, sadly the delivery time was quite long due to customs control.
They were very helpful and quick to respond the entire time and also very friendly.

While my order was being processed in customs control my old batteries sadly died, luckily the nice staff at Kroxne offered me a discount on a new battery, and shipped it along with everything else.

When I received the package, everything was in good condition, and they even sent me a couple extra gifts to make up for the long wait time, which I appreciate so much.

Absolutely amazing store with some of the best customer service out there, I will definitely be buying from them again in the near future! :)

Navee s65 40kmh motherboard JH

Just wanna say this seller is fully legitimate. Very supportive through whatsapp if you have any questions or trying to look out for a pacific part they will help you get the right one! I agree with some that some parts I found out can be overpriced depending what country you live in I guess. I ordered a new mother board for my scooter and the seller may test product to see if it works before shipment so there's no mess up. It came to the United Kingdom about a week later. Everything worked great how it should. I recommend this shop alot! I will be buying more parts of here in the future :)

Super nice and helpful

I bought a package of blue rubber bands to rainproof the wires at the stem of my kickscooter. The rubber bands were meant for the outsider Bongo model but they had the perfect color for my Ninebot G30D. Kroxne contacted me to doublecheck if I had ordered correctly and that these might not fit my scooter model - then went ahead and added an extra package of rubber bands (of a different shade of blue) that would fit the G30D for sure.

Seducing at first deceptive in the end

I placed two orders on Kroxne.

At first, when you discover the website and the ability to get the informations you need via WhatsApp, the person who responded was very kind, helpful and professional and gives you all the informations you need and the confidence to place your order.

The website indicates that orders placed before the afternoon will be sent the same day (same day shipping). That was the first deception, orders take 5 days to be processed and sent (in their defense including the weekend).

I receive my orders, the product came dusty and in an open box and the product that was sent was not the product that was pictured on the website. And that is the second deception ! At the moment you encounter a problem the kind and helpful person that responds on WhatsApp changes personality and you discover really where you ended !

Immediately, you (the customer) is surely the problem ! « it seem you don’t know how to proceed with our product » / « you make assumptions without knowing » because in the end YOU are the problem.

Via WhatsApp responds to everything except the concern you expressed and pretend to not see where the problem is. Send you screen captures from a discussion with the manufacturer to cover itself that you received a good working and adapted product.

At this point that is where I stop arguing via WhatsApp and let it go !

In their defense again, they try to call me on the phone via WhatsApp, but I had no urge to argue with this person !

In the end, I figured myself how to make things work and had to buy additional hardware to mount the thing.

Don’t be fooled guys ! You will surely see the real personality of the owner in the response behind this advice.

If I can give you an advice, buy elsewhere !
