I’m only able to award 5 stars here, but, you know those times when a shopping experience has been far more than 5 stars? Well, I had that experience today at Kronosav in Staplefield, West Sussex!
What a lovely place, and what amazing customer service I received from Damien. Damien and David helped me find my music system, and I learnt a lot today about the different brands that Kronosav stock, which are upmarket, beautifully presented, very competitive pricing, in beautiful surroundings. You would without doubt find your HiFi Nirvana at this place. I cannot recommend Kronosav to you enough, you need to experience it yourselves. I’m delighted that I did. Thank you Kronos!

Identified Kronos as a quality provider. priced competitively. Ordered via Web as product was discontinued received a proactive call offering alternatives. Once product came in from Distribution my order was expedited very promptly by Damien who provided clear communication and above and beyond service in assuring quick despatch.
