Extremely bad aftercare
Extremely bad aftercare. I ordered 2 of the same dress but different sizes from Debenhams and you have to return directly to Krisp which I did. The parcel arrived back to them 2 days later and they say they will refund within 2 weeks. It’s now been over a month and I still haven’t had the refund and they are now not responding to any emails! Awful service will never buy from them again.

I ordered 3 dresses through Debenhams, returned all 3 as they didn't fit. Returned on 22.04.26 they received them on 24.04.26 a si tracked the tracking on receipt from return. I had no email to say they have been received I have emailed every day and still nothing Debenhams said they would investigate direct with krisp and still not had a response nor my refund this is over £250 which I still have had no communication regarding. I would not recommend these or ever order through them again!

Superb dresses for my daughters wedding.
One was slightly too big and they replaced it within a few days for the smaller size.

I have received a coat that is to big…
I have received a coat that is to big and am having no look sending it back as they are not emailing me back with return label etc and not answering my email web site . Bad for first time ordering.

Poor quality product.
Delivery and company service was wuick but the item was of very poor quality. I know it was not expensive but I literally put it straight in the bin. I have dusters that are made of better material.
Was really not what I expected and didn’t not look as advertised.

Bought an item from debenhams. As these are a partner I need to email them to request returns label... its been over a week now and even with chases from debenhams... nothing!!

Scam …
Brought a jacket from this company for my son's wedding,was not suitable, I emailed and explained I wanted to return and was given instructions on how to do this, a few days later I was told I had damaged the jacket,and was offered 50% of my money, I refuse and I explained I wanted a full refund as I had not try the jacket on.
I then ask for proof of damage and was sent
a different jacket to the one I ordered,still no refund ,be careful how you shop on this site they are scammers
