Esperienza orribile
Ho ordinato un mobile sul sito di Maisons du Monde e il fornitore è risultato essere Konte Design. L'esperienza è stata pessima, in quanto una volta fatto l'acquisto non c'è più assistenza. Hanno spedito con normale corriere SDA che non ti avvisa prima della consegna. L'assistenza è stata pari a zero: non sono contattabili telefonicamente, rispondono alle chat sul sito ogni 24h e non fanno nulla per risolvere il problema. Le risposte sono distratte e sommarie. Un'esperienza orribile che dettaglierò in merito al prodotto con altra recensione, se mai lo riceverò...
