I ordered the KOMPERDELL SUPER ECO CROSS BACK PROTECTION from BlueTomato.com which they were advertising as Ski/Snowboarding back protection. The item i got has a motorcycle stamped on the inside and the product booklet says:
"Function: this back protector is intended for use in motorcycle sport. Back protectors for motorcycle riders can give protection against direct impacts which occur if you come off your motorcycle.."
BlueTomato.com refused to pay for the return of a falsely advertised product based on a response they got from you, arguing that the manufacturer confirmed this is in fact also designed for Skiing and Snowboarding.
They quoted your response below:
