Worst firework display

Worst firework show ever at Dallas Polo club. Blaming the weather when they were the poorest fireworks I have ever seen. Not to mention the appaling traffic conditions. Over 40 minutes to get out. Road closed. Shambles and rip off.

Hi Ann, thank you for your feedback. However we cannot do anything about the weather at an outdoor event & we were not the only display to experience issues with the foggy conditions on Tuesday. We thank you for your feedback and of course as a professional business will be looking to implement improvements to the event moving forward.

Horrific event organiser with no…

Horrific event organiser with no customer service skills. Paid for an event which we were denied entry to. On contacting them afterwards, they advised it’s because tickets were purchased 3 minutes after the event was due to start. Claims it was clearly advertised this would be the case, which it was not. Refused a refund and not even an apology. Trading standards and bank contacted, will never go to one of their events again. Disgusting.

We are sorry that you did not read our FAQ or terms and conditions prior to purchasing a ticket, attempting to gain access to the event AFTER gates were closed was impossible as the performances in the main arena prior to the fireworks had already commenced.

The event timings were CLEARLY advertised on our WEBSITE and all of our Social Media platforms (its still there if you look now ;-)

A curt & rude customer, demanding a refund due to their own mistake. Those who purchased tickets and arrived on time for the event had a great time and enjoyed a fantastic evenings entertainment. We look forward to sharing their abusive messages with trading standards when thy get in touch so they can form their own opinion as to who is in the wrong. :-)

Fireworks Champions Stanford Hall

Well deserved winners of the Fireworks Champions at Stanford Hall on 31st July 2021. Phenomenal display, well designed, planned and executed, a pleasure to watch. Due to Rob and Jane's unexpected kindness, our behind the scenes tour was eye-opening and our kids have not stopped talking about the firework with their names on! We shall be keeping an eye out for further events featuring Komodo fireworks, we can't wait to see them again.
