There are companies whose stories defy belief. This is one of them-I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. After ordering three items totaling $125.00 on September 18, 2020, I received three items in the mail NOVEMBER 23rd! This is after numerous emails and requests for shipping status.
The boxes were crushed and the items had some thin, wrapping paper around them. One item was a duplicate, both broken, and none of them even closely resembled the pictures/description online. The main item I wanted never arrived.
I asked for a refund and now they are dickering with me on email asking that I keep the items and take a $13-$18 refund! I want them to send me a shipping label to return these substandard items and refund my full purchase price. I like to think that I am a patient person but this has been the absolute most miserable purchase I have ever made.

If possible i give reviw with 0 star.
This is scam, don't buy from this company.

I order wifi camera in September that never come to me till now 10 of december, they send me a fake truck number and always they replay the same messages *dear customer could you please ask your neighbors if someone receive? Or you ask your local post offices*
As everyone's understood it is not possible received by my neighbors and from the post offices and the couriers in my area all reply that this truck number doesn't exist.

This Saleonw company They ask me if i have evidence that i didn't receive tbe package.
What evidece can i provide except my empty hands??

They are crooks.
They stolen your money and they will never send anything. When you contact with them they replying to you with the same email answers as copy paste.
Don't loose your money!!!

Don't even deserve one star!!! I feel so stupid to have ordered five items. Only one does what is was suppose to do but CONSIDERABLY SMALLER than led to believe!!! Two are SOOOOO small they could not even be called figurines!!! And 2 do not move!!! WHAT A SCAM!!!

Looks nothing like what was advertised and is worth about a dollar if that. Stay away from them as they are clearly rip-off artists. There is also no indication in the advertising that the items originated from China.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are disgrace to the Chinese people who sincerely try to do the right thing. They do not even deserve 1 star!!! I ordered a dozen dolls and some clothing earings and another accessory. They took 3 months to arrive. The dolls are not what they showed and they are simply for the rubbish bin. They are so awful I would not even donate them. Nothing like the pictures on their website. The rest of the items have not arrived and they have not even mentioned them in their cycle of generic emails offering discounts which I will not accept. I have reported them to paypal and I will also refer them to the Chinese Embassy. In fact that is where I will be returning the goods. Also note the email below is not even their real email address. I order three dolls for my granddaughters and received one carnival doll worth $1

Well I ordered from them and July a reborn doll for my mom who has dementia they sent me a plastic doll and ripped me off $48 and now I can't give my mother the doll they are no good😭😭😭

My experience with this company began on Sept. 7th, when I foolishly ordered three (3) items, without first checking reviews regarding this company’s product and customer service. I am writing this review in hopes that I can save someone else from making the same costly mistake I did. So, my order was placed on September 7th, with the intent of purchasing three (3) Christmas gifts. October 27th – nothing; so, I emailed the company inquiring about my order. I receive an automated response, telling me my “order is on the way” and “It usually takes 2-3 weeks to your country. Please wait patiently.” November 15th – nothing; so, I email again. This time I receive an email with logistics in Chinese symbols and another statement that “your order is on the way” and “the normal deliver date will be 10-15 working days it is oversea transportation, pls kindly wait for shipping.” I email them again and tell them I am no longer interested in receiving “my order” and to please refund my money. This time, I get an email telling me “it usually takes 10-20 working days to your country, the shipping time is unstable, sometime may be faster or slower, we cannot promise the shipping time.” I email back and again advise them I no longer want their product and to please refund my money. I get a response indicating “your order has shipped out,” (i.e., they can’t or won’t refund). . . BUT, “if u are urgent, we will send message to our carrier and speed up the package,” which I found very interesting given their previous email stating they had no control over shipping. Let’s see, for the THIRD time, I ask for a refund and tell them I am no longer interested in receipt of the order. The email response is “Dear friend if u don’t need it, pls don’t pick up and refuse to sign the parcel when the parcel arrived once the logistic return it, we will give u a refund of the product.” PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY PROMISE.

There advertising are for sure wrong and mislead. Try to reach out to the business that selling the products is NO LISTING... DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS I thought they would be nice for my grandchildren which love dogs but mother don’t. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED AGAIN DO NOT FALL FOR THE ADVERTISING...

If I could give Zero stars I would. What Rip off! Don't buy anything from these con artists! What they sent me is worth one dollar! I spend over 70 dollars. I purchased what they claimed to look like real animals. They look like dollar tree junk. I am beyond livid. If I could post what they sent I would! It is laughable! Junk! They did offer to refund me 10%. I filed a complaint with Paypal.

I ordered a Harry Potter advent calendar and received a Christmas charm calendar. Nothing related to Harry Potter. They emailed me saying I should be grateful for what they sent me. Then they said their advertisement mislead me into thinking I ordered what they sent me. My receipt clearly states Harry Potter. This company is a scam.

Ordered a xmas wreath, the one that arrived was terrible quality and didn't resemble the picture, got a part refund but they claimed the shipping costs couldn't be refunded, Well and truly had over

i ordered about sept and tracked the package said went to china then london then dfelivered however, never turned up... i have contacted them and no help at all. they are still advertising every day under different names its doing my head in xxx

I order three decorative reindeer as gifts cost $71.04. I received three plastic reindeer worth less than a dollar or each 8.the dollar store. Having a hell of a time getting my money back. The offered me 5%, then 15% back. Still fighting this.

FALSE Advertising I ordered from this company. Sea Glass Christmas Trees. What I received were 3 plastic trees you would get at the dollar store for a buck. Totally disgusting. Now I am out over $80.00 CDN tried to email but no response. How do I get my money back?

Zero stars really! They also use the name "Ciliuli" by the way (they answer from an address at "kokoerp.com" though). Payments go to "Shenzen Duo Tongguang Electronic Commerce Co. Ltd". I ordered two "life-sized" "life-like" plush cats (one adult, one kitten) for $ 59.98 and received two identical poorly made, cheap cat figures. Luckily I got my money back from PayPal!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered 3 Waldorf Dolls with complete changes of outfits. I received 3 badly made dolls, two exactly the same, looked nothing like I ordered and no extra clothing. They are so badly made, the stitching is coming undone and their barely dressed bodies are made from shoddy material. This is a scam, DO NOT BUY. I spent $100AU for rubbish. Total Con.
