Easy access to your money. Very straightforward easy to use app.

I got locked out of my account when they started enforcing 2-step verification for accounts. I am abroad for a bit so I can only receive forwarded calls from my Canadian number. For most services, that's been fine. However, KOHO's app won't let me use it until I receive a code.

Customer support was worse. I had to find their email on some random site since their website only lets you contact support if you're logged in, which is great if you're locked out.

Once I got through to them, I genuinely can't tell if it was a prank or some AI. Kept saying things that made no sense (telling me to log into the app after I just said I couldn't) and making things up like "the KOHO app is only accessed in Canada" (I've never heard that of any bank - imagine you go on vacation and your money's just inaccessible, can't pay your rent, etc.). I asked to leave feedback or a complaint three times and was ignored.

Do not use KOHO. Seriously. It's so bad.

i enjoy using koho… i just wish they make metal card affordable though especially for loyal customer

I have nothing but praise for KoHo! Free account, cash back, unlimited transactions, interest, round ups and a vault! So many cool features. Whenever I've had an issue, it was dealt with accurately and super quickly through the chat. Never waited longer than 5 minutes! Super impressed and recommend KoHo to everyone who asks!

I've never had any issues with this bank, and the expanding services help me diversify my money.

This company is first class. I dealt with them for a couple of years until my credit card was hacked. Coho fully understood my problem and wait patiently until I sorted out my financial situation . I couldn’t have asked for better.

I've been waiting to review KOHO for some time now but I wanted to make certain I had fully used the app and various services offered etc. I can faithfully say that I recommend it fully without a doubt. The ability to trade crypto currency easily now seals the deal as far as I'm concerned.

So far so good. I have only been using this card for a few months. I have not been able to use it to it's full potential yet but I am enjoying the cash back benefits. I have made approximately $65 from cash back. You get cash back on many things and from many stores including Walmart. I am thinking of paying some of my regular bills with this card and I try to do all my shopping with this card. As of right now I would highly recommend this card for everyday use.
