There is no question about Kogan's service. It is definitely 10/10. The cost is right, the ease of getting it done is right and the phone I use is almost perfect.

The support I received from kogan was nearly non existent. You asked me for a video of the pump which I sent to you that you said you never got? You told me to send it somewhere which I never did. Total waste of time talking with you, and you do not make it easy for customers to complain, your advertised phone number does not work?!? You are a shonky compsny. I am going back to PayPal to see if they can get me a refund. I found the problem with the pump was a broken drive shaft. So it was a cataclysmic failure on your half because of poor quality control. I'm very upset and won't be buying anything from Kogan again..it's rubbish!

Web site provided great information as we needed to know tv and stand dimensions to fit in a given location. Very helpful! Price was good and delivery very quick. Setup was relatively painless, considering our existing connections (blu-ray players, video, Apple box, surround sound and optical sound).
Noticeable latency in sound from tv when using our surround sound connection via optical needing us to mute the tv sound or put up with it causing an echo in our lounge room! Old tv did not have any such issues!
Picture is very nice , remote is basic but will do the job. We would like to turn off the Google stuff if possible, we are not wanting this in our lounge room!

Yet another online retailer that automatically charges you for an annual membership without sending a reminder to cancel after free trial!
$129 charged and have not used any of the benefits. Only realized I was charged this after a full 12 months when they were ready to deduct another fee!
The most sneaky thing that happens with these online retailers.
Requested refund and of course there is no way to get this money back. If I had used benefits I would understand!

It was easy to follow, the order is still on its way, but I expect that it will arrive tomorrow or the next day.

I ordered a cabinet, waited 13 days for delivery and then the third box was missing! Now the solving problem begins. Not happy 🤬

I've used Kogan a few times now and I was pleasantly surprised when they contacted me to confirm an order.
I'd accidentally ordered 2 of the same products and they wanted to make sure that was correct. I told them it wasn't and I was refunded for 1 of the items in 3 days.
Their delivery time has always been pretty quickly too.

The transaction went through easy was happy to by the product I chose and it arrived in a timely manner

Easy to find what i was looking for - good price and quick delivery via Australia Post. Have used Kogan's online shop several times now - good experience each time.

I bought a kogan robotic vacuum and mop. It started off great then the mopping system failed and no longer works. I have only owned it less than 2 months. They have no contact number to call and don't answer customer service emails. I highly recommend ignoring this company. Save your money and time. Not good at all

Horrible service. Just pay and hope everthing goes fine or else wish you luck getting your money back. No way to contact. Chat bot keeps asking same questions again and again and if you are lucky you might get an option to email customer service. However, customer service never get in touch even though they promise to get back within 24 hours. Horrible experience. Never buying kogan again

Charged almost double the price for an item that could be bought at Bunnings. Slow delivery. Would not or could not supply an invoice. This was a purchase for work and this refusal/inability made a simple transaction much harder to reconcile. Will never use Kogan again and will make a point of warning others off this dodgy operation
