I wanted a small ladder to get into the hatch in the ceiling, in my laundry. So I went to Kogan and queried: ladders. They all came up & I picked one that looked the right size. Not too costly = all ok

Frustrating to get resolution and do a simple return. Conflicting messages. Asking photos and wasting time. Charges delivery that is unknown and then deduct that from your refund plus you have to pay your own return delivery if you ever get that far. What a terrible company to shop with

I purchased a Round Swivel Bar Stool from them on the 15th of July , once I put it all together and used it, realized that it is faulty and squeaks when you sit on it or move around with it really badly that I could not use it as it’s also for a hair salon. I raised the issue with them straight away and also sent a video and they responded: they will look into it. Weeks after no more response, then I checked my account and realized they have also signed me up for a membership and took $129 out of my account 14 days after my purchase. I can not contact them via phone either. I’m raising the issue with my bank to sort it out as I feel like I have been scammed. I did not sign up for any membership and the product they sent me was also faulty and I paid $129.88 for a faulty stool and they charged me $129 two weeks later for a membership I didn’t signed for. I do not recommend this company at all. Be aware.

My current Kogan TV developed a fault (sound, but no picture) that apparently cannot be repaired. It lasted about 4.25yrs.
I have purchased another TV of the same brand and model to fit on a specific wall in my home.
I’m hoping the new TV lasts at least as long as as the old one. Hopefully longer.
The buying experience worked out well.
And I’m awaiting delivery.

Decent price and quick delivery. But the package was incredibly beaten up. Big holes in the box, where it'd obviously been badly handled, were taped over. The treadmill had a couple of small scratches on it through one of the holes. But it's in okay condition and seems to work okay.

Easy to order. Much cheaper than at the supermarket. Quick delivery.

absolute scammers, they won't ship what I bought, nor will they refund. They just ignore me, well I mean all you can do is speak to a AI chatbot. Absolutely disgusting and appaling behaviour by these clowns. They need to be investigated by the ACCC, oh wait they do all the time and have had numerous fines for things like deceptive conduct. Make sure you sign up so you can gamble on there wesbite as well, get your 100k raffle. Absolute joke refund my money, paid 90 dollars for express shipping and they still wont even ship.

I have purchased many items from Kogan and have never had any problems or issues with them, even a drier that was past warranty date they paid to have it repaired because I told them I had not used it for the first 6mths I had had it, it had remained in it’s original packaging because I had been to ill to remove it. So they generously came to the rescue and had it repaired because they didn’t have another one in stock. I can’t say a bad word about them everything arrives very quickly and in good condition and I have been very happy with each product I have purchased.
