The fact you can find almost anything you're looking for is great.

As much as I'd like to support an Aussie brand, their products are crap And expensive.
You have to know what to buy there, but in my experience Shein rates higher for quality, and costs 1/5 - 1/3 what they do.
Kogan garbage that hasn't worked as advertised includes:
Usb drives, hair clips, fitness tracking watch, lamp, earplugs, sunscreen - I mean, how do you stuff up sunscreen?! (It's so thick and greasy that it doesn't spread. The earplugs have a lip in the foam that cuts my ears with use, etc)

It seems that any reputable brands to be found there take one of two strategies:
• They give Kogan the trash stock, or;
• They test their price points.
Or both!

Two stars because support staff will respond, even if it's only to create delays and headaches.

Kogan sent my product to an old address that was not recorded as the current address at the time of the order. Customer support is useless and extremely frustrating. They dont CARE about their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GROUP.

I find the quality {i.e. the suitability of the goods to do the job for which they were designed } of the products to be reliably "above average " in that all my ordered products ,from treadmill to ruck sack work well and have displayed pleasing durability. Delivery has been reliably prompt. Kogan is a safe bet for quality products and service.

Beware kogan Used cookies for set up prices trap, clean cookies after searching and before place order…. But I not recommend unreliable platforms like Kogan

Kogan has a great range of products relevant to me, and each time I order, I'm impressed by the quality of the products, the speed of delivery, and the communication during the (often very short) delivery period. Despite initially not thinking it would be worthwhile, I have now upgraded to FIRST.

Intermittent nbn connection dropping in and out on a weekly basis. Technical support sounds like a Mumbai call centre and their English is difficult to understand while being arrogant and combative. Sounds like they deal with lots of irate customers because they even have scripts ready when you start pushing back. Cancelation process is harder than pulley teeth. Shocking service and mediocre product.

Easy to order and the delivery updates have been fantastic.

I bought a second hand iPhone through kogans marketplace. I'm very happy with it, I'll add a heads up for those upgrading there phone. If some features don't seem to function, update your SIM card to a 5 g one. I recommend the business mine came through.

From disappointed and annoyed customer to surprised and pleased!

I had purchased a fridge from Kogan, had a few hiccups in the first interaction with regards to it being level.
Fast forward 10 months and woke to find it totally defrosted. Spent a day trying to fix it with trouble shooting then emailed Kogan Help.
I didn't here promptly so continued on to purchase a new fridge from a different supplier and had the old fridge taken which was disposed of as it wasn't redeemable.
Sadly my help went unheard from the Thursday to Sunday night, which annoyed me greatly thinking come on this is an online company.
Some annoyed emails were sent after contact was received about the entire situation and process.
I thought well that is that Kogan don't care about their customers, well that isn't quite true is it, because low and behold Kogan came back and very professionally have said that they will provide me with a credit to the value of the fridge to use at Kogan.
Not exactly the outcome I would have preferred as I loved the original fridge and was very disappointed that it failed and wasn't able to be fixed or replaced in time, however Kogan's makegood is a pleasant outcome so I cannot complain.
My complaint has moved me from a 1 to a 4.5 for Kogan. I have other Kogan products in the house, os would have to say they are a brand of choice.

Thanks for providing a good resolution to my concerns Kogan.

There is no phone contact only text which in my case totally unsuitable. Bought Samsong A57 which was advertised as simple to transfer old phone. Went to Samsong in Blacktown they worked on it 3 hours no luck. I have spent much time and phone does not transfer email folders.Kogan sent me things to try. No luck. Having much difficulty returning it after 3 days.
NEVER EVER DEAL WITH KOGAN !!

Absolutely terrible experience with Kogan. I ordered a book and it has now been three weeks and it still hasn’t arrived. No useful updates, no urgency, and zero sense that they actually care about customers once they’ve taken your money.

Waiting this long for a simple book order in 2026 is ridiculous. Shipping times are slow, communication is poor, and the whole experience feels unreliable and frustrating.

I won’t be using Kogan again — next time I’ll just order from Amazon and save myself the hassle. 👎
