Scam. Use PayPal for money back guarantee.

Scam, watch out! I hesitated but ordered a carry-on in November. It had a 5-8 day delivery period. Two weeks later, still no suitcase or update on delivery. I emailed them and was told they will send it as soon as they have one in stock. I emailed again shortly after and there was no sign I am getting my order. I cancelled it, they confirmed my refund and my money never came back. I used PAYPAL with the anticipation they might not be legit. After waiting a month for the refund I got Paypal involved and now got my money back because the company never answered to the case before their deadline.

Fraude!!!!!

I placed my order in 2. November. In 2 weeks, I sent them an email about update as I didn’t hear anything. Lady replied that they don’t have it in stock and they are not sure when they will have it. She offered to cancel my order, but I said I can wait but need it by Christmas. In mid December i traveled and found right colours during my trip. I bought it and sent an email to cancel my order. No reply. Now I sent 3 or 4 emails, no reply. I’m calling every day for 4 days, nobody picks up.
For me - fraud!!! I’m going to report them unless they send me email or call me today.

Utterly fantastic.

The company did everything well. Communication was 5 star. Every step of the process was effective, efficient , and effortless. I received exactly what I was looking for at a cost I was more than happy to pay. The company staff selection process is obviously super accurate because in my dealings with Carola and Sandra they were respectful and super helpful.

I placed my order the 3rd of April

I placed my order the 3rd of April. Received the last part of the order the 14th of May this year.
Initially I did not receive the correct number of items. That was rectified.
See previous review.
Then delay upon delay upon delay.
Then the 14 th of May, I did receive the remaining part of the order. An order that was placed the 3 rd of April! But, my bottle bags came with the wrong colour combinations!! The boss, Christopher admitted in a mail that they really do not have full control over the items, nor do they have the financial resources to have one person solely to check that they have received the right items before they send them out to the customers???. What kind of excuse is that?
He gave me, after a half day back and forth tug of war, 12% discount on the items that was wrong.
Long story short. Do not EVER shop with them. You most likely will regret it as much as I do. If there is a way for them to fu_k up an order, they will do it. This is my experience.

Update 26 th of June 2024; My reply to the reply of Koffer-Direkt;
So you are turning to public lies also now? First, TWO items were missing. Out of three! Not one as you try to make it look like in your reply.
You wrote this to me the 18 th of April this year: "items were not in the box are shipped today with tracking number".
Items, as in plural!

A worse lie, is that I have NEVER asked for a 100% refund. Why do you turn to such blatant lies Cristoph?

I wrote this to you the 16 th of May this year;

"I just want to close the book with you/Koffer-Direkt now.

I expect you to compensate me for sending me the wrong colours of bottle bags. Not one, but ALL 8 were the wrong colours.

Give me an offer to consider, and adjust this with my credit card provider. I can not waste any more time with you now by repacking this, getting a return label (a cost I will NOT pay) and time to send it back.

I received the right amount, but wrong colours. So half of it you got right this time.

So disappointed with you..

Please look at the pictures. What they were SUPPOSED to look like, what your order says (zoom in), and what I received from you today.

The red with forest green trim is a more expensive model than what you sent me too."

Lastly. So what if my real name is slightly different. Henrik/Fredrik. I protect my integrity.
The horrible shopping experience is ALL TRUE. Sadly enough.
What a horrible company Koffer-Direkt is. In all ways!
You thought that being overly friendly (false) after we (you) came to an agreement (12% discount), would make me not send another bad, but true review at Trustpilot. Well.. You were wrong..

Hi Henrik, ( I think this is your real name ) this is Chris - first of all, I thought we came to a good solution for your problems via phone.

Just to summarize the whole story, for the Internet.

- Unfortuatnely, you recieved your goods late, and an item was missing
- We sent it as soon as we recieved the goods from the manufacturer.
- The another shipment came from the manufacturer, where the manufacturer had changed the color of the handles without changing the SKU or informing us. Since we dont open packages that are raedy to ship when they arrive, we didn't notice this. Additionally my colleagues in the warehouse would't hace notices either, even if they had opened them.
- You then contacted us very loudly and in a manner that made me take over the issue from customer service. I then offered you an additional discount or the option to return the goods. You were dissatisfied with the amount of the discount, as you wanted 100%. Shipping back was also not an option for you!

Furthermore, we will not individually open and inspect approx. 100 packages each day, as this is a disproportionate effort given that the manufacturers send us products that go directly to the customer.

It's a shame that you chose this path - I am, of course, always avaiable for you. You have my email address and phone number.

Hope you had a great vacation you told me about!

Was a customer for years but latest …

Was a customer for years but latest experience will be my last. Order accepted and payment made during BLACK WEEKEND promotion, was informed later 1 item not on stock, (Why then list as available during checkout?). Was offer other item with discount but without BLACK WEEKEND discount,was it fault of mine if after promo event and they realised item was not on stock??!!
