I placed my order the 3rd of April
I placed my order the 3rd of April. Received the last part of the order the 14th of May this year.
Initially I did not receive the correct number of items. That was rectified.
See previous review.
Then delay upon delay upon delay.
Then the 14 th of May, I did receive the remaining part of the order. An order that was placed the 3 rd of April! But, my bottle bags came with the wrong colour combinations!! The boss, Christopher admitted in a mail that they really do not have full control over the items, nor do they have the financial resources to have one person solely to check that they have received the right items before they send them out to the customers???. What kind of excuse is that?
He gave me, after a half day back and forth tug of war, 12% discount on the items that was wrong.
Long story short. Do not EVER shop with them. You most likely will regret it as much as I do. If there is a way for them to fu_k up an order, they will do it. This is my experience.
Update 26 th of June 2024; My reply to the reply of Koffer-Direkt;
So you are turning to public lies also now? First, TWO items were missing. Out of three! Not one as you try to make it look like in your reply.
You wrote this to me the 18 th of April this year: "items were not in the box are shipped today with tracking number".
Items, as in plural!
A worse lie, is that I have NEVER asked for a 100% refund. Why do you turn to such blatant lies Cristoph?
I wrote this to you the 16 th of May this year;
"I just want to close the book with you/Koffer-Direkt now.
I expect you to compensate me for sending me the wrong colours of bottle bags. Not one, but ALL 8 were the wrong colours.
Give me an offer to consider, and adjust this with my credit card provider. I can not waste any more time with you now by repacking this, getting a return label (a cost I will NOT pay) and time to send it back.
I received the right amount, but wrong colours. So half of it you got right this time.
So disappointed with you..
Please look at the pictures. What they were SUPPOSED to look like, what your order says (zoom in), and what I received from you today.
The red with forest green trim is a more expensive model than what you sent me too."

The horrible shopping experience is ALL TRUE. Sadly enough.
What a horrible company Koffer-Direkt is. In all ways!
You thought that being overly friendly (false) after we (you) came to an agreement (12% discount), would make me not send another bad, but true review at Trustpilot. Well.. You were wrong..
