I bought the sleep cover to keep my ereader clean. When I was having poor performance with battery life, I was told by Help bot to not use the sleep cover as it may be a contributing factor to the battery problem, especially as I had carried out all the other suggestions given. This makes the sleep cover useless if it is the source of the problem. Why sell it?

It turns my kobo off when I close it.
It is a good cover and puts kobo to sleep when you close it. It is not bulky or heavy and can also be used as a stand for kobo.
It works, but doubles the weight of the ereader.
Good fit and quality. The articulation on the cover (for standing) makes it a but difficult to open at times, but is is manageable.
Overpriced for what it is.
The cover edges are starting to fray and some threads are coming out but otherwise great product. Its only been a month since I received it.
Good quality, nice feel, functionally useful; but it's a bit fiddly to extract the Sage from the cover (I actually dropped the Sage whilst trying to do so).
Love how easy it is to put on and take off. I do not mind the small weight gain, as I keep it on for travelling only.
I love the sleepcover for my ereader, and the Kobo Sage cover is a very nice color. The material is also nice, not cheap in look or feel.
The best kobo cover yet.
Sturdy and well made.
When it's new new it looks fine, but after a certain amount of time becomes RUBBISH
Sometimes the "sleep cover" doesn't awaken the device when you open it. As that is it's main purpose, this is useless.
The sleep cover is a pleasant surprise. I'm glad I purchased it as it makes the Kobo a bit thicker and easier to hold and protects Kobo in a bag or from a face plant on a hard floor. Opening the cover wakes Kobo to read. Closing the cover puts Kobo to sleep. The cover functions are nicely integrated into the Kobo software. Kobo Sleep cover does some clever things with magnets to grip the Kobo Sage magnetically, keep the cover closed when not in use, and to hold the cover leaf in a folded shape that lets it be a kickstand for table top or desktop use. When I was buying the Sleep cover, I felt it was expensive after expectations set by the iPad book covers. Kobo Sleep is better designed and made than the similar iPad covers I've owned, one from Apple and a second from a Chinese OEM. The Kobo is clever and textile reinforced. with faux-leather covering that feels like quality upholstery material rather than thin vinyl. Well executed and worthy of the Sage eReader.
Works as designed!
Very nice. Maybe a bit expensive, but worth to buy
This cover both protects the Kobo and makes it easier to hold. It gives you something to grip on. Not too big. Not too small. A good product. A quality product. And set it a price point that is very reasonable.
Not had chance to use it waiting on replabement of faulty Kobo Sage Brocw Malone
covers power button and doesnt have space for stylus pen. Magnetic features do not prompt on/off/sleep of device sufficiently which means you have to take the cover off every time I want to turn it on or off!
