Next I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to either get my money back or purchase another item with a $3 dollar overage amount. I also definitely enjoyed my clear bra. I order a grey sweater dress with fringe, when I received my outfit I had a cheap Halloween dress with shiney tinsels hanging from the dress, dress looks nothing like the picture, on top of that I could not even get it over my head, after reaching out to the seller, ( sandy) I had received nothing but smart nasty response, if I could give this site a zero I would, please don't waste your money ordering from this site, the pics that they advertise is not what they are actually selling, I wish they had a section to upload a pic so you can see what they are taking our money and sending us

I ordered two items two weeks ago I got an email saying I would be notified soon as the item is shipped and up to now I haven’t gotten an email or nothing to go off of this is terrible and I was hoping to get the items to go to an event

It was my first experience doing business with this company. I had some concerns about my order and reached out to customer service. They were responsive both via email and WhatsApp every step of the way. My goods arrive and I'm very pleased with the timeliness of the delivery. The quality of the dresses is just as described on the website. I'll will definitely, purchase from them again.

What made my experience great is the wide variety of beautifully designed clothing to choose from that comes in different sizes and caters for my size. I love that the company have the clothing reasonably priced to suit our pockets. I had a wonderful customer service experience with Sandy, Bella and Mandy. They were prompt and clear in their responses. One thing I recommend is, when a customer places or completes an order a tracking number should be given the same time instead of having ask a customer service rep. Via email of WhatsApp to track it for you or for them to provide the number. Thank you

I placed an order early November for an outfit and payment was deducted immediately and I kept looking for when it would be shipped. After two weeks it was not shipped and I emailed everyday for five days and was told by customer service it would have been shipped out on the same day, same answer was given to me by Emma, the customer representative
I needed the outfit for an occasion and had to buy something else locally. As a result, I asked for a refund. I was told again by Emma that my refund was sent on Nov 20, however, she is yet to show proof of same and my bank is yet to receive it after 21 days. Please send refund ASAP. Thank you. Your customer service is awful and their should be put in place a better system for refunds.

This company if not a good company to deal with. Exchanges are just about zilch. The shipping is slow and the quality is poor. So glad I switched to SHEIN. The offer discount when you try to return which doesn’t eliminate the problem . I
I appreciate your response but I still stand by my review. I have the opportunity to deal with a couple of other companies from China I must say they don’t have the same return policy as yours. They allow me to return my item FREE. You still can’t compete with SHEIN, Uoozee and XPlus wear. You should be ashame of your sorry excuse. Also ZEELOOL for my glasses. These are reliable and honest China companies to deal with. Remember I am entitled to to my opinion and express my negative experience also. Also TEMU has better return policy than yours
