Impossible booking conditions
They advertised a promo code for USS at 50% off with minimum spend of $160. I clicked through the selected option and selected 2 tickets (which was the max no. of tickets allowed). However, at a price of $78.65 each, there was no way to hit $160 to redeem the offer. When i raised it up to customer service, they said prob the code has been redeemed, yet they could not explain how it could have been redeemed when the criteria could not be fulfilled. I can understand if they code has been fully redeemed by the early birds and showed as FULLY REDEEMED. But, not when it is shown as USE, yet the conditions are not available for it to be used.

Booked a matcha making class in Osaka and followed the directions straight from Klook website, it took me to a sketchy neighborhood, and location that it took me to was closed. I missed my class, wasted money on fare, and wasted an evening. Will never use Klook again

Easy to book however
Easy to book however, it stated meet up time only in terms of hours. I had to put 22:00 although flight landed at 22:25. I'm concerned they will not wait.
