Just called them because I couldn't find my order confirmation. They asnwered the phone immediately and helped me really well. Also, I forgot to add my discount code but they could still add it to the order. I am super happy with their service.

Excellent customer service and quick delivery
My order arrived within days of placing the order online. Very quick and at no charge! Wide change of products at good value.
Unfortunately, I was sent the wrong product (twice). But klimwinkel.nl promptly answered my inquiries and sent me the correct product within two days. Excellent customer service. I would definitely trade with them again. If only they'd deliver to Australia too ;-)
