The delivery time is too long
The delivery time is too long. it took 2 weeks to deliver the van!! and when I went to pick up the van finally, I had to wait more than 30 minutes because they forgot to pick up the can from the location where it was maintained! very bad service.

Advice for future
As I wrote to you, your employees do not know how to distinguish an official customs EUR1 document from an internal company certificate that has no value for the customs procedure. If you want, I can send you that document in pdf edition so that you can learn what it looks like. Bye the way, fake smiles are not so much important for this discussion, but exclamation marks are. When your employees used them during via messenger that shows there incompetence and low manners. Best regards, Goran Gogic.

We delivered your Renault Traffic on Wednessday March, 15. On March, 16 you asked us for an special custom document. Our answer: this document is not easy to get but we will try. We called with the importer of Renault and with the Dutch customs and finally we have send you the document you had asked for. Maybe you didn't understand that it is impossible to arrange this document for all export clients? Anyhow we were very suprised about "smile falsely".
