Do not order

Do not order! Delivery is taking for ever (shipment to norway). Been waiting for a month, not sure if i will ever get it. It was first hold up in custom cause it was missing the correct papers and now UPS dont have the address. Customer service is not very helpful, you have to ask and ask again. They dont follow up. Skip this brand and order somewhere else.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a bag and it got list with ups. They told me i should contact them myself and try to fix it but it could take i while. I asked to get my money back because its not really my job to fix it. I got the refund, but then got an email that it was a mistake and I should pay again. I still havent gotten my package

Poor quality product and no customer service

570 GBP down jacket ordered directly from Klättermusen, arrived with several defects:
1- the pullcord for the hood on one side became detached straight away as pulled.
2- the stitching on the inside pocket edge was incomplete with several holes at the top of the pocket.
3- the stitching on the edge of one sleeve was all bunched up.
4- missing threads in the lining material close to the baffle stitching.
The down also was already coming out of the lining.

I reported the faults to Klättermusen and received no response. I sent the jacket back.

This is not a premium brand, both in terms of quality and customer service. Had I not bought the jacket directly from them, I would have said it was a counterfeit. Clearly they don't care about their products or brand, why send such a faulty jacket to the customer? Will never ever consider them again.

Review on the gear quality

Review on the gear quality, not service:
Been using different stuff, love the brand since 2009.
All products so far stand out by thought through details.
e.g. Kaser hoodie jacket (Amazing, but super old), Freke Salopette, Liv West, Brage 2.0, and a Merino longsleeve with the famous side zipper. Basically, I love their detail and durability. However, the price tag made me a "sale only" buyer ;-)

500 USD down the drain

I made the mistake of buying a Klättermusen backpack - never again. After just one hike, it developed holes in the back, loosened screws, and worn-out strap attachments. The backpack is now useless.

I requested a refund, but they rejected it since I bought it from a retailer and couldn’t provide a receipt. In my opinion, they should refund it out of sheer embarrassment for distributing such poor quality.

I’ll be getting my replacement from Temu.

This is an absolute disgrace

This is an absolute disgrace. Your customer service is beyond a joke—it's insulting. I've been trying to deal with this faulty useless product, and not only have I been completely ignored or brushed off, but your entire team seems utterly incapable of solving even the simplest problem. How do you even stay in business with this level of incompetence?

Terrible delivery times

Terrible delivery times

I have waited 2 weeks and nothing have happened yet. I contacted them about the delay. You said that I would get a shipping confirmation from ups tomorrow. But I haven’t received anything yet and it’s a week ago. Would not recommend Klättermusen to anyone if you want their products and don’t mind waiting 2 weeks at least

Klättermusen refunded 1 out of 3 items sent back to them: FRAUD!

On the 13th of May I bought 4 accessory bags with Klättermusen.

In more detail:

I bought in the SAME COLOUR: Clay

2 x 3L accessory bags
and
2 x 1.5L accessory bags

These were purchased for me and my wife and I bought two different sizes so that each of us can pick the size that suits us best.

I chose the 3L bag and my wife rejected the other 3L as well as the two 1.5L bags since she didn’t like the colour and neither of the bags had the right size for her needs.

Therefore I sent the THREE bags back for a refund with a UPS prepaid label which the company provided. In total 1x 3L bag and 2 x 1.5L bags went back for a refund, BUT ONLY 1x 3L bag was refunded.
All items were sent back in the yellow plastic bag in which they arrived and then sealed and placed into an additional and extra sturdy cardboard box.

The return was received, but only partially refunded which is incorrect or fraudulent!

Concerning the missing amount still owed (83.30Euros) by Klattermusen, I contacted the company on Friday, Monday and Tuesday (30th of May 2023) with no reply.

The e-mails used are:

(here I had initially communicated with Malin Lindström after the purchase was completed, to make sure our address was correct), therefore e-mails are received and read, but when it comes to acting correctly towards refunds the customer is ignored.

This is a case of fraud and I have thus alerted Klattermusen that I will make the Swedish police aware of this incident, as well as the Swedish consumer rights agency, while issuing a Paypal dispute in order to receive the rest of the amount owed.

Bad after sale service

Bad after sale service. It took me a minute to order, took them a day to ship… but then the bag color does not match the picture, the adjustability was not right for me, the hook for the laine compartment was not practical… so I returned it. They got the bag the next day. Up until now you can see everything is fast. Well the refund process is the issues as after 10 days I still have nothing. Forced to open an issue on PayPal.
So far one of the worst experience I got from buying directly from a brand.

They really do not offer service or responsibility when something went wrong.Bought an Eldner bumbag in June 2020 , but after 2 months the coating of the outside fibre peels of.presented photos on their website, no answer,after two months some responded to see what happened.again one month later after again presented photos, the service said they never have seen that issue, then they asked the design team.again one month got the answer they want to see the item; two weeks later they said they want to refund,sent the details, but then got the answer this is not possible because the article was bought at a shop.so at the end they agree someting went wrong but don`t want to take responsibility according normal guarantee for any product.maybe their products normally have quality but they don`t offer service at all. never ever again !!! worst service in the outdoorworld

refund takes far to long-unacceptable practice

Delivery to UK very fast,but if you return item for a refund,you have to wait a month.this is unacceptable and very poor service.i will think twice to make a purchase again.this is so disappointing,as products are good.shame on Klattermusen to keep my money for a month.
