I've always found the tax advisors handling my affairs to be very responsive and professional, and prepare my return with minimum of fuss.

Klarity Tax have work to do to become a customer focused organisation. At present they give the impression that all they are interested in is their own bottom line. Letters are not acknowledged and can take several months to be answered, even then questions are sometimes ignored, especially if they are out of the ordinary. Answers often appear to have been written by a computer, lacking any personal element. In general, Klarity Tax do not deal with customers in a timely or personal way. A rapid response is almost unheard of.

Happy enough,but I would like an acknowledgement when I send you an email or information you requested. As it happens, I have had to repeat emails since (apparently) you had not received the original..

I was not able to open my tax return to approve this ahead of its being sent to HMRC as the link never worked, despite my asking for a new password etc. So I am in the dark re this - and was told the statement could not be emailed or posted to me, all of which is unacceptable.

Slow completion of tax return. E-Mail complaint never dealt with despite chaser e-mail and phone calls.
Very unprofessional response.

The service is good and well executed. From an efficient communications standpoint I would appreciate having an individual allocated to be the main communicant that contacts me. This use to be the case in bygone days (Carl Greenwood ) was my nominated contact at that time.

I realised since that time the organisation has evolved and grown and this may not be possible in todays circumstances.

No issues - good service.
