I took the deposit 10 get 30 free offer with 100 free spins and honestly from the start was dissatisfied as the free spins are capped at 20 a day with 3pound a day capped winnings. Then I played bingo and yes like many others have said there is not many rooms and no players so I played slots with my 10 cash and won 30 and withdrew my winnings forfeiting my 30 bonus. Then I read the reviews which left me shocked but the truth is the slots selection is good bingo needs a lot of work but the withdrawal process was great 3 working days in my bank and no questions asked about verification of id so therefore a deserved 4star rating. Great experience with customer service chat
Laura is an absolute credit to your company. I had a problem with my new customer bonus (probably my own fault) but Laura resolved it very efficiently and in a professional friendly manner. As a gesture of good will she also added the new customer bonus when she didn't have to!
Maybe some recognition, a payrise or nicer working hours wouldn't go a miss!
