Be very careful believing these reviews and scores. There’s no way it is that high. Look elsewhere and the scores are much lower. There is so much wrong with this company that I don’t even know where to start. He’ll there are awful instagram stories about them. The products are not that good. The last item I bought from them was 10 cms too small than stated. They refuse refund despite misleading information on product. I also suspect the natural fibre content of products is much lower than stated. Should get items checked in a lab. This company is dodgy. Do your research.

The staff were lovely and helpful! I am obsessed with the style and the attention to detail in the clothes. The material is such good quality and also POCKETS!!

Don't go to Parramatta..
Never walking in there again.. I have been a long term VIK at Castle Hill, now its closed sadly but after my experience in store at Parramatta they have lost me. Not only was the one staff member way too pushy and wanting to know what I was purchasing? ( who does that? ) She completely ignored all phone calls even though i was only one in store, I know i tried several times to ring ahead with no answer. Please learn how to read your customers and back off from the heavy duty sales pitch and let me change in peace. Finally another staff member arrived that seemed a little more intuitive as to allow space but still be helpful. But wait, what a huge assumption I made. I left that store after getting my purchases as fast as could. She had the hide to imply I had stolen my cardigan from them!!! Are you kidding, pay attention, not only did I walk in with it on, and accessorised to match, the cardigan was clearly hanging over my handbag, not concealed. Then all I got was " I had to check" but your other staff member did not say a word when she knew .. tears, embarrassed, on the way to my car, just the mere thought of that implication.. done forever with Parramatta after the disgusting incident last year when they opened.. I will not be doing 3rd times a charm

Beautiful packaging.. easy collection from post office. Lovely service and great handbag. Very satisfying purchase.

I felt the staff member was pushy and made me feel like I couldn't return the garment even if it was an ill fit. She was slightly smug and disrespectful when I approached her.
I wouldn't buy from this store (Doncaster) again as the subtext of the exchange was that the fashion is only for 'young girls', even though I had bought clothes from this store before.
