They appear to either be out of business or a drop shipping outfit.
Fortunately PayPal have made an immediate refund, which makes me suspect they have a long list of similar cases logged against Kitise.

Avoid this scam company! I have repeatedly emailed this company chasing my refund as the tracking says it was delivered back to them on the 7th May. I have had no response to my emails and the phone number on the website doesn't work. I will be forced to claim my money back via my credit card company if they do not respond and action my refund.
Poor customer service

UPDATE 11/04: Despite returning the item and providing tracking, Debenhams/Kitise still haven't processed the refund, and Klarna has now wrongfully taken payment. I am being forced to involve my bank to get my money back from these companies. Stay away!!!!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the bag I received and the lack of support following a clear manufacturing fault. The chain on my bag snapped during the very first use.
I have attempted to contact Kitise multiple times to arrange return for this faulty item. The telephone number provided on their website does not work and emails have gone unanswered.
Because Kitise has not updated the delivery status correctly on the Debenhams marketplace, the system is now blocking me from generating a returns label claiming the item has not been delivered yet.
Under the consumer rights act 2015 I am entitled to a refund for a faulty product. The lack of a working contact number or response to emails is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against purchasing from this brand if you expect any kind of aftersales support.

This is incorrect and misleading. The email from March 23rd related to a separate issue regarding a late delivery. Regarding this specific faulty item (Order DUX052510960), I have been requesting a return for over a week with no success. I only finally received the return label today, April 1st, after escalating this publicly and via Resolver
Furthermore, your provided telephone number does not work, and the Debenhams portal which you are responsible for updating still incorrectly claims the item has 'not been delivered,' which blocked the return process entirely
I have arranged for collection of the faulty item tomorrow 02/04/26 using the label you sent today. I expect a full refund without further delay or 'technical' excuses. Tracking is being monitored

I ordered a bag
I ordered a bag. They sent the wrong item.. I emailed to advise. They immediately replied to obtain an image of the bag they did send me. I then heard nothing. I have sent multiple emails to find out what is happening and I am now just being ignored. No offer for the correct item no advice to send for a return. Just being completely ignored. I have tried emailing through the website also to no avail. It has been over 6 weeks now.
Returns proving impossible to carry out
I ordered a bag through Debenhams and it took nearly three weeks to arrive. It turned out to be unsuitable for me and I have tried unsuccessfully to generate a returns label from Kitise following the instructions on the despatch note. The form to fill in for requesting the label does not recognise the order number. I have emailed, but there is not reply from them. The telephone number on the website is not recognised.

There is no way to contact the company directly as the number does not ring and the customer service form just says error when I try to send an enquiry. Hopefully it will turn up.
