It seems that this webshop does not work, only what they do is charge you by quickpay, and after that not possible to contact to anyone in any way, and orders are not executed.
1. I did not receive all ordered articles.
2. The owner of kitesale.dk (Laila Petersen) did not answer my several mails, in which I asked her to send me the missing ordered article. (it is not clear to me if this might be reasoned by a technical problem or not, she did not explain this non-responding behaviour)
3. After my report to paypal I immediately got a response mail and she became angry on me because of the paypal report.
4. Even tough the owner told me to have sent the missing article, she has not (without telling me). Instead she has sent me my money back, and refused to meet the contract of purchase.
5. I have not received an invoice, even though I have asked for the invoice several times!
Also the discussion afterwards was not customer-friendly at all! I felt somehow shocked.
She also threatened me to involve an advocate if a dare to evaluate her online shop in the internet.
Some few positive aspects, the price of the article was very good and I did not have to return the received wrong article (this is probably reasoned by the high costs for post delivery service from Germany back to Denmark).
