A fuller picture,perhaps
Firstly and rightly, Kiteleys usually do good work at a reasonable price. After reflection,I feel it important to share my deeply disappointing experience. This gives people fuller information, after all. After 6 months plus pursuing a simple copy of a 1999 document, I was left empty handed and out of pocket. (No copy. No refund.) I still struggle, too, to understand why anyone might imagine I wanted anything but a copy. The advice given and approach taken were poor, I feel.
