I worked with John in Kitchen World Waterford. I was under time pressure with my kitchen due to issues with the builder and a previous kitchen fitter. John was very helpful and listened to what I wanted in my kitchen. He also done as much as he could to make sure my kitchen was fitted for Christmas.
Unfortunately the final fixing of the kitchen for the fillers did not go well. The work was poor quality and ruined the overall finish of the kitchen. John was very professional to deal with when I contacted him about it.
A different kitchen fitter was arranged to redo the fillers and I am happy with the final finish. A couple of doors had to be replaced and there is a slight difference in the shade of these doors from being produced in a different batch but only I notice it.
Overall I would recommend Kitchen World and found John and William really good to deal with.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle at the long mile road branch. From the very start her knowledge and expertise helped us design our perfect kitchen. Her industry knowledge helped us add features to our kitchen that we didn’t even know were available, we are delighted with the finished product.

Also to add that the kitchen installer Alan was brilliant too, his carpentry work and attention to detail was very impressive.

I’d recommend anyone to use Kitchenworld for their new kitchen.

Patricia was dealing with us, she was very helpful, came up with ideas straight away when we had requests to change something in kitchen furniture. She is a real professional. We were always welcome in store, all my emails were replied shortly, all of my calls were answered. Everything was effective, accurate. This company is focusing on customer not just a money making machine. Love our kitchen furniture.

Delighted with my new kitcen which I got through Kitchen World, Finglas. Shannen there was extremely helpful thoughout the installation, fitting and even with queries I had post installation. Including a number of iterations of the design while decided. The surveyor and fitters were also very pleasant to deal with. A great experience all round.

We are delighted with our new kitchen and the service we received from kitchenworld. Devin (Longmile Road) was creative in his solutions and suggestions, and patient as we made small adjustments. The result is that our kitchen is finally a space that our family love to spend time in.

Our kitchen, utility, wardrobes, and office were designed by John Grace in the Waterford office. We can't recommend him highly enough for all his professionalism, commitment, (patience to design so many rooms for us!) and friendliness. He even had all different options ready for our appointment which greatly speeded all the designs. John was fantastic to deal with and guided us throughout all the process from design, minor changes due to survey from electric fix and gabble ceilings, all the way to fitting. The end result exceeded our expectations, we're very happy with all our rooms. We appreciate also the job carried out by the fitter Graeme and Patricia in Signature Space for quartz countertops. They were all amazing to deal with, thank you.

Shirley from Kitchen World Cork was so professional, providing fantastic ideas etc. Our kitchen retrofit was complicated but in fairness she managed to include everything on the "wish list" . Her patience and efficiency in meeting all the timelines were impressive. Kevin the fitter was very thorough, Punctual and professional.
Overall Kitchen World Cork were a pleasure to deal with.

We dealt with Lianne from Kitchen world on the Long Mile Road. Lianne provided excellent service from start to finish, so helpful and knowledgeable with the kitchen design. Helped us manage our budget throughout the proces. Alan fitted our kitchen and was an absolute gent. We are delighted with our new kitchen, with how easy the process was and with the after sales service so far. To top it off we felt we got a lot of kitchen for our budget! We would highly recommend Lianne and Alan from Kitchen world.

I highly recommend John in Kitchenworld Waterford. I provided some details on the initial email and on the first meeting John had designs drawn up ready to view. He made the design process very straightforward and pleasant. From initial concept to final design I found John to be knowledgeable, patient and honest. He has helped make a dream kitchen a reality. As a side note I found the pricing process upfront and fair, there were no hidden costs or extras.
No change big or small was ever an issue and John’s knowledge was invaluable.
I found all the staff of Kitchenworld to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

We returned to Kitchenworld as previous happy customers and were provided with a five star service again by the team in the Longmile Road store. Michelle our kitchen designer met us multiple times to guide us through our design. Michelle was a pleasure to deal with, made excellent suggestions for improvement to our original concept and worked within our budget to arrive at a fantastic final product. The store manager Larry was also extremely helpful. Our fitter Glenn was very pleasant and his workmanship was high quality. We had one tiny scuff on one of our cabinet doors that was instantly spotted by Glenn and Larry and replaced at their suggestion without any fuss whatsoever. We aim to return for wardrobes in a few months!

I recently had my dream kitchen installed by Kitchen World Dungarvan. From the Design to the Installation everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend this company for it's great design and excellent customer service from start to finish.

Thanks to Michelle in longmile road we got the kitchen of our dreams from start to finish the we’re so professional and helpful, Tony was our fitter and went out of his way to help us if an unforeseen problem arose. I would highly recommend kitchen world

Kitchenworld are amazing in throwing promises, however not able to keep them.
The whole project from placing order for really simple kitchen took 13 months.
Head office staff keep ordering wrong units, we had fitters in our house 6 times trying to complete the project.
All staff here are completely unprofessional and my recommendation is to avoid this company at all cost.

We got outstanding service from John in Waterford, and a big shout out too to Gary who initiated our order. They had great design ideas. Nothing was any trouble. I really got a bespoke kitchen because they accommodated all my requests for the nooks and crannies. Our fitter, Chris, was great too. The kitchen arrived quickly and was exactly what we ordered. Highly recommended!

We designed our new kitchen with John at the Waterford branch this year, from start to finish the customer service experience was exceptional, each meeting was straightforward and we were able to select a kitchen which suited our home and budget with plenty of choice and options. Kitchen has been installed and we are delighted with the end result, any minor issues post fitting have been dealt with quickly. I would highly recommend this team and John in particular to anyone thinking about a kitchen redesign or update.

I had an excellent experience with Kitchen World in Waterford. Gary did a fantastic job designing my kitchen, incorporating all the features I wanted and ensuring the layout was right. Richard handled the installation with remarkable precision, paying close attention to every detail, from levels to cuts. His meticulous work stands out. From ordering to install, things were very quick. I’m absolutely delighted with the finished kitchen.

Recently got a kitchen from kitchen world, we dealt with John Grace in their Waterford department. John was very helpful and professional throughout the process and design consultations. We're delighted with the new kitchen. It was fabulous dealing with John Grace from Kitchen World, Waterford. The man is an absolute legend and definitely knows his job, a true professional. We love our new kitchen so much. His advice really paid off in helping us maximize what space we had.
