I have just had my kitchen installed through the Finglas branch I have been dealing with Shannen.its been a long road for me. After a rough start with a rogue builder I had to delay my delivery and Shannen could not have been more understanding and supportive. Kitchen World are blessed to have a staff member like her as she was so obliging in the most genuine way and I really felt that she had my best interest at heart. She helped me get the best for my budget and I am so so delighted with the end result. I cannot recommend Shannen and Kitchen World services from planning to instalation .

Excellent Experience – Highly Recommend

We recently purchased our kitchen from Kitchen World in Finglas and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team were very helpful throughout the design process and took the time to understand what we wanted, while also offering great advice and practical ideas we hadn’t considered.

The quality of the kitchen is fantastic and the installation went very smoothly. Everything was delivered on time and the fitters were very professional and tidy.

What stood out most was the level of customer service – we always felt looked after and any questions we had were dealt with quickly.

Delighted with the end result and would have no hesitation recommending Kitchen World Finglas to anyone thinking about a new kitchen.

From the first time i walked into kitchen world in Finglas i got a very good feeling. I met Shannen and from day one she was so friendly, efficient, and professional. There was nothing too much trouble and i was very happy with the price. The fitter Jimmy was also so nice and he went above and beyond to make every thing with the kitchen perfect. I would highly recommend this company i am a very happy customer Thanks again Shannen and Jimmy

We Had our Kitchen installed very recently and it has been a nightmare ,The quality of the installatin process was a disgrace ,We have already had to make two complaints and still not getting anywhere

We would just like to thank you all so much for our experience with Kitchenworld when selecting our kitchen for our house in Clontarf. From the moment we walked through the door on that Saturday morning, we were met by Niamh , who couldn’t have been more helpful to us. She was informative, pleasant and just a lovely, lovely girl. She kept us up to date on everything that was happening and followed it right through with us to the very end and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Gary who measured up was a lovely man , the guys that delivered the kitchen were very nice to deal with. Then on fitting day , Jimmy arrived at 8am as agreed , he couldn’t have been nicer, he was neat, tidy and did a fantastic job.
So thank you all so much and we couldn’t recommend Kitchenworld highly enough to anyone we know that might be looking for one. Keep up the good work as you’re all a credit to your company.

This company is a testament to top quality customer service. Niamh started our process and it was seamless to the finish. Everyone involved were punctual and more importantly extremely polite.Our fitter Jimmy was fantastic and spotless clean. I had a fantastic experience with Niamh and Kitchen world. From the first consultation to my now finished beautiful kitchen it was made as easy as a new kitchen can be.
All steps were explained to me and everyone I met was so helpful.
Special shout out to Niamh in the showroom and Jimmy the Kitchen fitter who went above and beyond and nothing was too much hassle.

Went to kitchen world in Finglas on Saturday, 2 girls at counter never even acknowledged us, spent about 15 walking around ,nobody came near us , the 2 girls continued talking to each other the whole time , left v disappointed, obviously don't need the custom

Delighted with my new kitcen which I got through Kitchen World, Finglas. Shannen there was extremely helpful thoughout the installation, fitting and even with queries I had post installation. Including a number of iterations of the design while decided. The surveyor and fitters were also very pleasant to deal with. A great experience all round.
