Good price, delivered on time but why 28 days?
I only read the reviews of KitchenScience after having placed the order for our Belling Freestanding Induction Cooker, so I was a little dubious whether it would get delivered, particularly as the delivery day they gave was a Sunday. However, I confirmed this with them and they said this was correct, and the cooker was delivered on the day they stated. The delivery driver also phoned an hour before hand to say they were on their way. When they arrived they unpacked the product and took all the packaging away and delivered it straight into the kitchen. Excellent! The price was very good, especially with the free delivery, so despite having to wait the advertised 28 days for delivery, everything was as advertised, and I would definately consider using them again.

Excellent price, excellent service
Ordered freezer on line- price was cheapest with a 5% discount and free delivery. Ordering was no problem and i was able to choose a delivery date. On delivery date (between 8am and 6pm) i was called at before 8am to say would be with us in under an hour - was 30 mins. Two smartly dressed gents (with ties) delivered freezer and asked if wanted wrappred or unwrapped. They took away the packaging. Excellent service and would definately use again.

This is the second time I have ordered from Kitchen Science and i have had no problems at all. I'd read the negative reviews so the first time (fridge freezer and washing machine) took a leap of faith but for this order (dishwasher) there was no doubt in my mind.
The delivery slot is all day but the driver has called both times to say that they'll be with me in about half an hour.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE
was guaranteed a delivery date for a Kenwood Mixer which was a birthday present for my daughter. I stayed in all day waiting for the delivery ( I get paid hourly)and it did not arrive, it eventually arrived 3 days later, missing my daughter's birthday and was very damaged on arrival - even the delivery guy said to return it. I contacted Kitchen Science to explain why and re-iterated the fact I had taken time off and it was a birthday present and that I had taken time off due to their confirmation email stating delivery date etc..
They only seemed concerned that I have a replacement order. I said that I would go ahead and reorder but that under the circumstances felt that a discount should be made for the product. The Manager flatly refused. I have since ordered the same model £10 cheaper with free delivery. I would not recommend this company to anyone. IF IT WASN'T FOR THE FACT THERE IS A DEFAULT TO AT LEAST ONE STAR - I WOULD GIVE THIS FiRM NOTHING

very bad company..beware
do not buy anything from them,they will never deliver proper thing to you, i ordered hotpint washerdryer and first it arrived damaged,then again the one arrived was damaged,then they took 2 months to replace it, did not cancel my order and refund my money at all..
they gave me a very very very hard time.........
cstomer service people are polite but what do i do with all the politness when there is no service ,they promise to deliver and when u call on the delivery date there is no record of delivery order.
