Very disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience.
Before our appointment, I clearly explained that our kitchen is for a new-build project with a preferred project kitchen supplier. Kitchen4All initially expressed doubts about competing with the project supplier, so I specifically said that if this was a problem, we could simply cancel the appointment and go elsewhere.
They then asked me to send the project documents for review. After reviewing them, they confirmed that we should come to the appointment.
We arranged our schedule with our toddler and went to the showroom. Once there, however, we were told that they would not design a kitchen for us because they had dealt with similar projects before and could not compete with the project supplier.
This was exactly the situation they already knew about BEFORE inviting us.
What disappointed us most was that after explaining how much time they had unnecessarily cost us, the response was simply an apology.
Our time should also be respected. If you already know that you do not want to work with this type of project, please tell the customer before confirming an appointment—not after they have made the effort to come to your showroom.
Based on our experience, if you have a new-build project with a project kitchen supplier, I would not recommend spending your time contacting them or making an appointment.
