Great service and quality
Customer service was very good. Quality of the item purchased (7'6" moon gate") was good as well. Kinsman created their own assembly instructions and they made the item very easy to assemble.

I took a chance with this company and…
I took a chance with this company and ordered a large hanging basket from them that I couldn’t find elsewhere. I was promptly emailed an order confirmation, as well as tracking info the next day. Within a week I received my order. The basket looks just as expected. Very happy customer.

They need to fire the young guy who…
They need to fire the young guy who sometimes answers the phone. He doesn't use his brains and is rude. I called on 9/30 to ask status of order. A woman answered and said it was shipping the next day. Now on 10/4 the young man said it was shipped two weeks ago. I said that's the day i ordered it late in afternoon! I don't have my item, they have no shipping records or tracking detail. Nor any idea if it has shipped or not. It says it was shipped the day i ordered it late in the afternoon. This is third time i've ordered same item this summer. Clearly they are having issues.
