The website is not the most easiest to use but all businesses have to start somewhere. Lots of online websites are polished but support is most time mediocre. This is not the case with KoF.
This was the 2nd time I ordered and glad I did. Laura was responsive to my querries and very helpful for my parcel to be sent abroad (which didn't seem that straight forward on some other sites I checked). And she also had stock of Close Parent which we've been using since our children were born.
I contacted her on the 6/7/2024 to get some quantities and shipping pricing. Placed the order on 9/7/24 and parcel arrived to us in Asia on the 16/7/2024. I would definitely re-order again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Laura is an absolute gem - she is really helpful and responds quickly to emails. They sell my favourite nappy brand and always have a lot of good offers on. Definately my favourite place to order my cloth nappies supplies from.

Excellent customer service, prompt dispatch and products at good prices.

Website isn't the prettiest to navigate but still order was quickly completed and dispatched quickly. Also the prices were better than other sources for some products.

Better stock levels than competitors, quickly replied to emails and delivered my order quickly!
