WARNING ⚠️ Withdrawal takes day
I made a withdrawal request on 08/09/2025 with King Billy Casino. It was only “approved” on 10/09 at 3:02pm, and I didn’t see the money hit my account until this morning, 12/09. That’s four full days to get my cash — way too long.
I play with other casinos like Royal Reels, where my withdrawals take around 6 hours, and Betzillo, where I’ve had money in my account in just 45 minutes. After experiencing those kinds of speeds, waiting days for King Billy is unacceptable.
Honestly, I’m not happy at all with how slow the process was. Unless King Billy updates their system so players can get withdrawals instantly or at least within a few hours, I won’t be playing here again.
And to anyone reading those glowing reviews that say payouts are “quick” — from my experience, those must be fake. My withdrawal time was anything but fast.

Ever since I started with King Billy a few years ago, it has been my go to and the only one I play and I always would have given it a million stars if I could have....until today when I found out that withdrawals are no longer processed on the weekends if the request is made after a certain time on Fridays. I was not aware of this change. This is going to cost them many players and ratings as many people play on off work days which are Saturday and Sunday. Many players will find another go-to casino. Players will absolutely not want to play on
the weekends if they have to wait the whole weekend for their winnings. Extremely disappointed.....

Kingbilly is beyond a joke, I made a withdraw on the 4 of August it is now the 11 of August still waiting for my withdraw to be accepted and my live chat had banned for the past 4 months. I had sent numerous emails to kingbilly but not one person has gotten back to me.

King Billy robbed my friend and me
I had purchased a neo surf voucher and tried to deposit into king billy Casino and got a technical error so my friend than tried to deposit into his king billy account and got a technical error after talking to King billy they refused to either give my friend the credit neo surf and said to me that my voucher was used not by me but by my friend but my friend was blocked and never got to use it after saying all the above tothem they still refused to credit the voucher neither to me or my friend there a bunch of criminals this has been 4 weeks now and they have blocked me and my friend and we can't resolve the issue nor attain any evidence since we can't access our kb accounts. Surely this action was staged and planned for financial gain.
