My husband played almost the entire time and at a fast pace. Even so, there was one player who was gaining points absurdly faster than the others. He already reported the problem in the app and on the forum, where he attached some screenshots he took to show it. My husband's profile ID is 15609127223. His username is King7223. And the complaint protocol he filed in the app is 16470293. Is King going to let this kind of thing happen? After all, is it a Candy Crush tournament or a hacker tournament????

I have played Candy crush soda for a long time and am on level 6244 and the game has gone down the toilet with levels that you can not solve for weeks - I am trashing the game and finding something that is solvable and much more enjoyable without overly long ads. Wake up and realize that a lot of senior citizens play daily and don't like where this game has gone

Absolutely appalling. I’ve been playing for over 10 years and reached level 2929, but I can’t log in on the game after recently installing it on my tablet because my old email is inactive. King.com have ignored multiple support requests for weeks. No replies, no help, no way to recover my account. Losing years of progress due to zero customer support is unacceptable. Please answer your emails !!!

If I could give a zero I would. I have sent email over the last 24:hour period asking for a party bundle I purchased to be applied as I had not received it. Despite the poor response rate that they are providing, doesn't cover the numerous email I have sent with the receipt from Google play which they say they can't see. I must have sent them 8 emails and now silence when I have asked how to complain nothing since 10 am this morning, but they still have my money.

This is more about the volume of scam adverts King.com allows, showing "weight loss" pills that claim 15kg weight loss in 3 weeks, swapping obese models for super skinny ones as a "before and after". King are well aware but all they care about is getting the advertisers money so they do nothing except claim they are looking into it. Dodgy products at super low prices that never arrive (see other review sites),Absolute scandal that this is allowed.

You only can get further if you pat money! When you want contact you get the same mail; go to the community! No I want real contact!

I ordered a booster and it said that i couldn't have the booster as something went wrong, it asked for me to input payment details again and it went through OK BUT then i noticed i had been charged twice. On contacting them was told to wait 72 hours, i will be doing a charge back with my bank if they dont refund me and have made my mind up that i will no longer be paying for anything with them.

Ad this morning was serious scam advert. Tried to tick box to close as and it opened up on internet. I closed down internet page but when I went back to Google it was showing page that appeared to be BBC news Business page. It was article claiming Richard Branson had exposed Government and banking institutions stopping people from knowing about bitcoin investments by AI. It showed interview from ITVs this morning claiming Cat Deeley had downloaded app and invested. It claimed a BBC reporter had made £4000 in a short time. When I tried clicking on Home page for BBC news it would not respond. THIS WAS A SCAM ADVERT AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE ON CANDY CRUSH. I have subsequently deleted Candy Crush and will not continue to play it.

Candy Crush was my game from the start. Years into playing it and its spin offs, I started paying attention to how the game played itself. It will uses the boosters that you create. I have been stuck on a level, sometimes for months until I uninstall it for a while(usually a few months). All this in an attempt to get you to BUY! ITS ALL ABOUT EMPTYING YOUR POCKETS. THE AMERICAN GOAL.

Be very careful as in app purchases don't always get delivered but they always take your money. I bought a bundle deal of unlimited lives, multiple boosters etc today. They took the money instantly but no boosters received. E=mailed them but nothing done and Microsoft refuse a refund. Disputed charge only option at this point

Review from top player of Candy Crush. While playing on mobile, they do not allow you to use back button when they press you to play Candy Royale. You have no options to say no to play Candy Royale. You just play a game you do not want.

Soda game level 2412....some ads open with a black screen then take you to the playstore app...impossible to know what to do with it so you lose your potential reward and return to play game from the beginning. So annoying...the ads are a pain anyway but this situation is a joke. Please King..sort this out!

I sincerely can't believe that I wasn't able to play.Candy crush All Star tournament.Be qubecause it's not offered to all players. But I literally play a lot of king.com games. And this is.
The email they sent me. Basically saying that they can't offer the game.
To all players which is crazy. I played before in the past. I'm gonna sue them.

Don't answer customers. Don't fix faults.. Don't care

Candy Crush by King is terrible. I don’t recommend any one to play. There is no assistance from the developers. One can spend weeks on the same level. All ads for free add on moves have been removed from my game. And I refuse to spend a cent on a company that has no care for its consumers.

Money making machine - no fun in game just ludicrous extra hard levels. Well done game is over

The worst customer support and company with lowest security measure I have experienced in my entire life.
I reported an issue that an email address that I have never used on anywhere has suddenly appeared on the candy crash saga app on my laptop, and I could not login with my fb account. They send me a template back within minutes referring me to the community which had nothing to do with my initial question. After I replied, I never heard back from them, issue was not solved and I am still unable to use the app. Wow, glad I never used my payment details with them!!! Extremly low security measures and would not recommed it to anyone. If you play the game, take it lightly and be prepared that you can be thrown out any time, and definitely never buy anything, because there is no guarantee that your payment details are safe.

For the company:

Implement some serious processes and higher security measure.
Higher some employees that can actually read emails, and also answer with purpose to solve a cx issue and not just to close another case.

Every game through king is extremely rigged. Clearly a huge theft organization.

I play this game every day but everyday it says I have missed a day I contacted support but they were as much use as chocolate fire guard I'm now going to remove it
