I recently purchased a set of reusable bags from Kind Bag, and I'm absolutely thrilled with them! Not only are these bags stylish and sturdy, but they also represent a step forward in making our daily routines more eco-friendly. The quality is top-notch, ensuring that they can handle a good amount of weight without any issues. It feels great to reduce plastic use and support a company that aligns with my values of sustainability. Highly recommend these bags!

Bought one of the backpacks for commuting and it doesn’t last - very poor quality. For the price I expected to be able to use this for a few years but it started falling apart after around 7-8 months. The zips wouldn’t stay closed so I couldn’t use some pockets, and areas where the straps and bottle holder pockets joined were frayed with the seams showing holes. I carry water, headphones, a book and sometimes a 13’ laptop so not heavy loads.
I complained and they sent me a replacement promptly but 4 months on with this replacement there’s a huge hole in the strap fabric.
The bag also doesn’t hold the structure as advertised, it’s very shapeless so you can’t actually fit much in. The magnets are a good idea but being at the top they don’t stay closed once picked up by the straps.
I would not purchase a backpack from here unless you only need to carry very light loads (ie no laptop regularly). It’s annoying as they’re marketed as sustainable but I’ve had to throw away 2 backpacks in just over a year. Very wasteful.

Great customer service and communication. I’m also very impressed with the bags. Happy.

Spent £25 on a laptop bag that didn’t fit (despite me measuring my laptop beforehand). I asked about exchanging and they said that the only way is to return my current one and pay for tracked postage and then order a new one. Tracked postage was over £8 and they refused to reimburse me. Was excited to purchase from this company but never would again, bad vibes, avoid x

Received a medium bag, absolutely love it. I always use recycled bags but this one holds a lot and feels sturdy. Nice pattern, I got the galaxy.
Would definitely recommend will be buying more.

Very recently ordered two of their new XL Kind Bags, although they are rather expensive I thought they would be perfect.
Shortly after ordering them I received an email saying they were offering a free bag for Kindness day, all you had to do was add the code 'BAGSOFKINDNESS' to your order.
Well as I had literally just placed an order I emailed to ask if they could add the code to my order.
I finally received a response from them saying that as I hadn't put the code on my order I couldn't have a free bag.... hmm not sure Kind Bags should be their name!

Unwilling to rectify situation when product does not stand up to quality standards.

Recently purchased a dogtooth bag in the Black Friday sales and have used it twice at most. On the second wash, the colours on the bag bled.

As an owner of 5 other Kind Bags, I wrote to them to notify them of this quality issue.

Unfortuanately they seem uninterested in customer satisfaction and just regurjitated policy (non-refundable as it is sale) and pointed out washing guidelines to me.

An appropriate response would have been to offer to replace the item for the customer.

It is clear to me that this start-up company is not interested in customer service. I much prefer shopping with other start-ups that live by their products and recitfy any issues as they arise in order to maintain customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Unfortunately my dealings with Kind Bag recently have motivated me to start shopping with Baggu instead, even though they are based on the other side of the Atlantic. Hopefully they will rethink their customer strategy very soon.

I bought the Medium backpack and the bag itself was ok. Not the best, not the worst. I would rate it a 3/5. It has some problems in that the anti-theft pocket zip should be better hidden (I can unzip it when it is on a person's back) and the zips on the two pockets on the back of the pack need to be rethought as there is quite a gap when you close them fully. (You can slip a finger in there).

The good is the sturdiness of the material, the comfortableness on the back and the strong magnets for the rolltop (if not the handle).

What I have taken umbrage with and what is making me lack trust is the suspicious absence of my perfectly polite review on their website. There's something about that which doesn't sit well with me. I know it was submitted successfully because it had a 'Pending' status.

So my rating of them has dropped from a 3 to a 1. It doesn't feel honest or 'Kind' to omit some reviews over others. All reviews should be posted as long as their are not offensive/rude. They should take criticism in their stride, not hide from it.

Good quality product, stylish but super practical so met all my requirements. Received in good time and well packaged.

I have lots of kind bags! I particularly love how colourful they are, I love their story and i absolutely love that they're made from 100% recycled plastic bottles. I can't wait to see Kindbag grow and bring more styles and products to market.

I absolutely love my kind bags and use them every day, they are easy to fold up in my handbag. They are constantly coming up with new designs and fabric choices, simply a great product at a great price!

Absolutely love these bags.
I keep them in the car, in other bags and even in the pocket of my coat. They are so compact, tough and useful for so many things. Mainly shopping but we use a big one as a laundry bag. Like the designs too especially the blue fishy one. And probably best of all I’ve stopped destroying the planet with single use plastic bags. What’s not to like.
