I ordered a weighted power shrug, but it's just a cloth shrug. Chat doesn't work. There are no customer service numbers. Just an email.

Ordered 2 weeks ago for my mothers birthday and still hasn't shipped.

Absolutely love the products. The weighted gear is perfect to step up my usual routines and also add some extra work to walking the dogs etc.

Did not received anything yet. Not even a tracking number. Still waiting!

Great training product!!…concentrates on the right areas for muscle tone.

There were some communication issues and shipping delays with my order. It was on hold for almost a month. Once I was finally able to get ahold of someone directly I learned that there were some issues with them sending and receiving emails do to recent updates and my emails were not getting through. Once this issue was brought to light the order was immediately sent out. I recieved it today everything I have looks to be great quality. Will most likely order again now that I know alternate methods of contact in case email fails.

I recently received my 3 lb. special edition Torch'd leg weights and am absolutely thrilled with the design, quality, and effectiveness of the product! They are streamlined and, as a result, become one with the body to provide needed resistance without strain during the most rigorous of workouts. Although there are many weighed options on the market, the Kilogear design is truly, truly unique. Do not hesitate to add these to your Torch'd program!

I like the fact that the weights tuck into a pouch area on the sides of the leggings. The only thing I wish was different is that the leggings weren't as see through. Otherwise the quality is very good.

I ordered a pair of weighted workout pants with weights and still have not received delivery or even an email back on status. It’s going on 2 weeks. They had me contact a company called echelon for support. I didn’t order from Echelon, I ordered from Kilogear. Buyer beware of this company, I had to dispute with credit card company.

I bought it for My daughter as she is an Irish Dancer & she loves it.

The customer service we received at the MidAtlantic Regional Oireachtas was exceptional. The Kilogear rep and my daughter discussed goals and expectations, fabrics, weights, uses. My daughter was permitted to try on various sizes to get the proper fit. She is also much happier with the updated compression fabric which is quite a bit more flexible than the original. Very happy thus far.

Fantastic customer service! The staff took time to figure out what my daughters’ needs were to customize their choices. The products are high quality. We use it for dancing and running, and the results are great!

The material is high quality and very comfortable. I wear Lululemon exclusively and I would have to say that these are as good if not better. The fit is true to size and not too long like some work out pants. Keep up the good work.

While at Western Region Oireachtas, I spoke with the sales rep at the booth in regards to my daughter not wanting to wear the leggings. She complained that the weights kept shifting, making it uncomfortable to dance in. The gentleman was very helpful by putting weights in a size smaller and had her try them. It did the trick and made her very happy to be able to wear the leggings and not just the shorts.

Quality is amazing, feels great and works awesome.
