Kidpass is a complete scam. Like the other reviews said, all they care about is to scam you for money. We accumulated 3 years of credits (more than $650 value). We paused our account in May in Hope to... See more

AVOID Kidpass altogether!

Highly dissatisfied. Not only are their teachers and activities not vetted before the classes are offered (I'm referring to quality, not trustworthiness), but what REALLY stinks is their rebill and subscription policy.

I tried cancelling BEFORE I was rebilled and they wouldn't let me!! Nor did I receive a 3 day notice, period. I'm considering taking it up with my bank, honestly.

We also had two adverse events with a couple of classes that we virtually attended.

For the first one, the instructor never showed and Kidpass let everyone stay on the Zoom call for over TWENTY minutes, saying it would be just a few more minutes until the instructor would show up. Nope.

Another class was lackluster at best and I can't believe I wasted 2 credits on it. I reviewed that class too, and didn't receive any comments on my feedback for either. They clearly don't care, and you know what?

AVOID Kidpass at all costs. Very unprofessional and not recommended, questionable rebill methods.

It's our kids that suffer the most. During this unprecedented times, it's unconscionable how a company can operate like this.

TOTAL ripoff for the quality that you get. I'd recommend checking out the actual websites of some of their "teachers" and "activities" before you commit to anything.

Not worth it on Kidpass, I can't say that enough. Get it together, Kidpass.

A Disaster (failing Start up)- lacking oversight and professionalism.

Signed up for three classes. The coach/instructor didn't turn for two - with absolutely no notice to participants (kids). The third class started late and had to be abandoned after the instructor didn't have the required internet bandwidth (he was outdoors) to run a video call. Kidpass customer support does not have a number to call and no one responded via email. Avoid.

Unprofessional service

This is the SECOND TIME IN A ROW that we booked a class and confirmed but the place was closed. First time I booked an open play at Monkey Do in Park Slope. I had to work, so I had a babysitter take my daughter there just to find out that the place was closed. Today I rushed my child to get to the class at Muse in Gowanus and Again, it was closed. How is it possible that they are closed after I got a confirmation. Either the system is so defective or no one bother to call me that the class was cancelled????? I am just wasting my money and time just to disappoint my daughter who goes to the class with full of excitement. The kid pass has been nothing but horrible so far.
