The experience we had, as new expectant parents, with Kiddicare was second to none. We first went into Dunelm Oldbury to have a look at which travel system to buy and then bought it online, as they didn’t have it in stock at the store. We placed an order on the Saturday and the item arrived on Tuesday, with great communication throughout. We are definitely planning on using Kiddicare for a lot more products as we prepare to become parents in October. Have recommended to other parents-to-be and will continue to recommend to anyone.

Made an error on an order and telephoned immediately ( within minutes) but was told that the order couldn’t be cancelled and I had to just refuse delivery at my door ( this is embarrassing) stupid system and won’t order again!
