parcel wasnt delivered on the initial date as tracking info said it was damaged. it was delivered next day but stillbadly damaged packaging. looked very unprofessional

It isn't small but my son found it helpful with potty training so would def recommend it. Also good value for money.

I was sent something from you and have been trying to return it for nearly 3 weeks but the barcode you sent with the item isnt being recognised in any shops i hand it into and i havnt been able to get in touch with a person from the company to find out how to get my money back before the 30 days expires.

I have ordered a couple of kiddicare products over the yrs and i have never had a problem, reasonable prices, can get pretty much anything kid related and delivery has always been on time.

Customer service people are very helpful and polite. But i had to call them three times and I’m about to have to call again for the same product. I ordered a babydan gate, paid for next day delivery. It didn’t arrive next day so i called and was told for some unknown reason it hadn’t been dispatched. So I was given a postage refund and told it’d be dispatched that same day to arrive the following. It hadn’t arrived still so I called and was told that it had gone to courier. They’d ask Hermes to send an email so I knew when it would finally arrive. It arrived a week and a day after I’d originally ordered it. We’re just moved house so I really had needed next day delivery. I have 1 year old twins to shoo away from the stairs!
My partner put the gate together, we like it, it’s great but unfortunately we’re missing a piece! And have a duplicate of another. So almost two weeks after I first ordered it, I need to get the correct piece sent to us.

But apart from that, everything else I’ve ordered from Kiddicare has been fine.. 👍🏼
