On 30/11/2024, I ordered "Adidas Pure Boost 22," but your order page had an outrageous mistake: the title was labeled as "Nike Victori One Shower shower slides." Despite this clear error, I trusted your system because the photos showed Adidas shoes.
Today, 09/12/2024, after waiting 10 long days, I received the order—only to find slippers instead of the shoes I ordered! To make things worse, I can't even return this incorrect item because your system claims there’s no Return Label available.
This is beyond unacceptable. Because of your mistake, I wasted time, money, and effort, paying 4.90 Euros for a shipment I didn’t even want. Fix this immediately!

Kickz is a big company name that's everyone trust but this company is a real disappointment for the users. They are not competent, no personal service at hand, orders taken longer to deliver.
My experience was the worst one, i order for a new Jordan shoes but I get USED SHOES, disappointed with Kickz .

I requested a return label for the order K001-40000151450, but when I went to the post office, I was told that the return label was not valid. I contacted kickz to solve the issue on December 3rd by their contact form, no response. I contacted them again by email on December 5, no response again.
I am trying to call them but I get a messaging saying that the number does not exist.
I am within the 14 day return period, and I think they are just stalling so the 14 day return period ends and I cannot return the items. Beware!!!

I am appalled at the complete lack of service I’ve experienced while trying to return an item to your company. I have contacted you three times over the last 14 days and have received nothing but automated responses. This is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
The return process on your website is broken, as it repeatedly fails to recognize my order number, claiming it does not exist. I have attached my order confirmation to every email I’ve sent, yet your team has blatantly ignored me.
This has caused me unnecessary frustration and wasted time, and your silence only adds insult to injury. If this is the way you treat your customers, you should be ashamed. Rest assured, I will never shop at Kickz.com again and will warn others about this appalling experience.
I demand an immediate response with clear instructions on how to proceed with my return, or better yet, a functioning return label. If I do not hear back promptly, I will escalate this matter further.
It has now been nearly 14 days without any meaningful response, and I am deeply disappointed in the level of service I have received. This experience has left me with no intention of shopping with Kickz.com again.

I was disappointed with the Kickz team's lack of communication. I waited for almost a month for an order and received an invalid UPS tracking code. I sent an email to check if there was any mix-up, but I have not received an answer for more than two weeks.
I had to do my own investigation, and it turned out that the parcel was sent via DHL. The local partner did not receive any of my contact info, and the parcel is now on its way back to the sender.
I opened a dispute on PayPal; I'd appreciate in a timely response at least for the refund part.

I am utterly appalled by KICKZ’s handling of my return. I sent back a pair of shoes, which they confirmed receiving on 23 October 2024, but here I am, 19 November 2024, still waiting for my reimbursement. That’s nearly a month of radio silence from their side, despite my repeated emails asking for an update.
It’s not just about the delay; it’s their complete lack of communication that’s infuriating. No acknowledgment, no explanation, no apology—nothing. It feels like they’ve taken my money and decided to ignore me entirely.
I trusted KICKZ to handle my return professionally, but this experience has proven they couldn’t care less about their customers once they’ve cashed in. Avoid this shop at all costs unless you enjoy being ignored and left without your hard-earned money. Absolutely disgraceful.
