Nonexistent customer service
I have shopped several times from this store and have had no concerns except for the last time when they shipped me a different colour of the item I ordered. I tried reaching out to their customer care a couple of times a week ago but no one has responded to me. No I have no option to keep the jacket. So, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this store if you need customer service or have any doubts of what you order.

Avoid Kickz – Still No Refund After 2 Months!
I returned a hat to Kickz in February and still haven’t received my refund. I’ve sent multiple emails with zero proper response. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
They’re quick to take your money but disappear when it comes to refunds. It feels like a scam at this point. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs unless you want to lose your money and your time.
