Fantastic Instructor extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Taekwon-Do my son has been training for 5 years and I was that impressed with the benefits that I could see forming in him that I decided to join in September of last year.
The ladies self defence course was excellent! There was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and I learnt a lot! Chris was a confident and knowledgeable instructor and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course to anyone 😊
Brilliant course - a good amount of theory and loads of practical - Chris was informative and attentive and kept the weeks well structured. I'd highly recommend the Women's Self Defence course :-)
Kicks Taekwondo has really helped our son gain confidence and co-ordination, being dyspraxic. I would give more stars if they were available! Chris is an excellent tutor and is very patient with all the students. Highly recommend if you are looking for a martial art to do.

Great classes for both adults and children. I attend classes along with two of my children and we all agree it's brilliant. The classes are challenging but the Instruction is excellent so you always feel like you are making progress. Children learn discipline, self defence and self respect in a lively, fun class and all the students are really supportive of each other. I used to exercise under duress as going to the gym can be monotonous and dull, Kicks classes are always different and I look forward to exercise for the first time in years!
very knowledgeable teacher who makes learning a new sport fun, along with focusing on technique and precision to perfect this martial art. My daughter looks forward to her lessons every week and always learns something new. Highly recommended
