Do not ever buy from Kicks Crew!
Do not ever buy shoes from this company. If it was possible to leave negative stars, I would. I have never had a more wretched experience. I ordered a pair of shoes. It took over a month for them to get here. When they arrived, they were too small. I tried to do an exchange but they don't offer any exchang or return options on their website except writing an email. I waited 10 days for a response. And then I had a ridiculous exercise in returning issues including multiple emails, which each took a week to reply, taking pictures, etc.. I was required to pay shipping fee both directions plus an almost $50 restocking fee. By that point, I was so mad all I wanted was a refund. When I got the email from them, it said the refund I received would be in the form of Store credit. That was nowhere made clear. They don't offer refunds. By then I was so mad I didn't want to order another pair, but I didn't also want them to have any of my money so I ordered a bigger size, I had to pay shipping fees again. It was outrageous. I ended up paying almost double for one pair of shoes and the slow and ineffective communication was the nightmare. I spent six weeks of my life on this stupid pair of shoes.

Charge $35 for Shipping and $50 for exchange to different size
I ordered a pair of adidas sneakers for $86.25. The shipping fee for the sneakers was $35. THe sneakers were too big. In order to exchange the sneakers, I had to send pics of the shoes. The first set of pictures weren't adequate so had to resend these to prove they were in original condition. I sent the shoes back and was told that to exchange the shoes (same shoe different size) it would cost me an additional $49.73. Very poor customer service throughout the process - they require returns/exchanges within a short window of time but are slow to respond to customer service requests. Would definitely not recommend!!

Not impressed
Order was cancelled as per fraud. I requested it stay cancelled and a refund be issued and was advised the money would be credited 5-7 working days later.
The watch arrived ladt thursday despite being told I had to reorder. Good job I never did az I would have ended up with two watches. Dies Kickscrew make it up as they go along. Not impressed and wont be making any future purchases, would strongly advise others not to purchase from this company.

Honestly, if it wasnt for my wife who desperately wanted the burgundy sambas (hard to find now) I would have not visited this page to find a pair. Its crazy how they found them in Korea and were delivered in less than a week for a fair price. I would totally buy from this website again.
