The shipping was impeccable! I didn’t expect the shipping to be as good as it was. However, upon opening the box which outside was packed very well but the shoes look USED and that I am not pleased about whatsoever.

Never get that bad experience on STOCKX or GOAT
1. Kicks Crew informs that the price does not include custom & tax fees. OK but you still pay the shipment cost. They know at that time what is the country of the seller, of course, but you are not informed. (South Corea in my case).
2. Then they are not involved at all in the delivery, asking the seller to send the box via FedEx.
FedEx applies the cost they like + they charge you a second time for the shipment, already paid at the ordering time. No one is filling the custom form to reduce the import costs. In my case No custom fee between South Korea and France.
3. Then the box is blocked at the border and FedEx asks you to pay an insane custom fees that you cannot claim for explanation. You try to understand what is going on
4. Kicks Crew then send you an email to urge you to pay FedEx invoice otherwise the shoes are returned with a lot of deductions (restockage fee, shipment fee, ...).
Whatever you do, you lost a lot of money.
Their dirty process is well organized.
FedEx is the winner too as they fix the costs by their own.
No customer service from both companies, Kicks Crew or FedEx, claiming that the customer is aware from the ordering time!!!
This is may not happen to all deliveries but No way to know in advance!!

If there was 1/2 star that would be to good of a rating. I bought high top Jordan’s for $205 and the material was cracked on on both shoes. These shoes had spray paint of some sort on the shoe strings. Mind you, I HAVE NEVER WORN THESE SHOES! Waist of my hard earned money. I was told no refund. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE EVER AGAIN‼️

Kicks Crew outsources the delivery to FedEx with no responsibility whatsoever! They really dont care!!
The Box is then blocked at the border and FedEx asks you to pay an insane amount for import duties + services.
Kicks Crew then informed you that if you dont pay, the shoes will be returned and they will deduct a crazy amount (restocking fees, return fees, ...) and you lost your money with no shoes at the end!!
Really, no customer service!!
And if you pay and the shoes are not the right size, same story!!
At the end, as you dont want to lose your initial payment, you pay a crazy amount your sneakers
Very well-organized Dirty Business!!!
Finally, much more expensive than the other sites like STOCKX or GOAT!!
Honestly, dont buy with them!!!

Terrible returns process
Terrible returns process, I have been trying to return some trainers that I love but just don’t fit. Impossibly difficult returns process and want to take 15% of the cost of the trainers as a return administration fee. Still haven’t had confirmation of return address after 3 weeks.
