We went to the nec show to buy a new tent, the outdoor revolution was the target. Looking around all the tents it was when we walked onto the khyam stand that a wow moment happened to all 4 of us, the khyam dalamere 8. Not being hasty we continued on looking at all the big tents but kept coming back to khyam. The help from the crew was amazing couldnt do enough for us especially nick. His knowledge and explanations sealed the deal for us. Tent arrived in time for easter weekend in anglesea. Thanks wayne and lisa king

Their new side panels weren't compatible with my existing awning, but because I had pre-ordered them some time ago, they replaced my existing awning with a new one that was compatible with the new sides. Excellent service. I cannot fault them.

I had a problem with the ventilation flaps on a Privvy Bivvy bought three years ago and Khyam adapted the fastenings at their factory free of charge.This is fantastic customer service and I was kept informed about what was happening all the time. This was really appreciated, thank you.

Previously ordered sections of a sun canopy and made a pre order for the final part. Due to this I was given a discount code.
I was notified later that the pre ordered section would not match the other parts previously ordered and therefore new sections would be sent out at no cost to myself.
Khyam have always kept me up to date with delivery and any delays. Any problems they have sorted with excellent customer service.

5 star service for being able to turnaround spare pole delivery next day and enabled weekend camping to happen.

Absolutely amazing staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. We came to the nec with the intention of buying the airtek 8 as we had seen reviews online and it seemed like the perfect tent for us, however when we got there we were met with the delamere and we were blown away (no pun intended)
Joel was very helpful and talked us through all of the extra features and the show prices but wasn’t putting any pressure on us to purchase. We decided that as it was such an amazing offer that we would purchase and haven’t stopped talking about it since! Can’t wait for May to see her in all her glory!!

We went to the NEC specifically to view the Khyam tents. We were looking for a new poled family tent as had many reservations about air tents. The guys on the stand were incredibly informative and were able to answer all our questions about the available alternatives to the air tents. When they asked us our reasons for not wanting air they happily talked through our reasons and were able to put our minds at rest of our many questions. After an hour of chatting we walked away and returned later in the day to purchase a Delamere 6 with some extras. Can honestly say the no pressure sale, depth of knowledge and incredible tent made the purchase very easy. Can not wait for the tent to arrive so we can try it.

I visited the show at the NEC to view 3 different awnings from 3 different companies. I chose the Khyam Airtek Oak 4.0 as i thought it was the best product but what sealed it for me were the staff, they were welcoming, no pushy sales and very knowledgeable.

I left the show without placing the order and since then i have been dealing with Callum who has been fantastic answering questions and dealing with the order.

I definitely recommend Khyam so far!

We came to the NEC for the Camping and Caravan Show and specifically to possibly buy an Outdoor Revolution Air Tent. We were disappointed to find it was not there although we had been told it would be there! We decided to look around as made the journey and were completely blownaway by the AirTek Delamere 8.0 Inflatable Family Tent. We were given a good explanation of the tent and its features , in a non pushy way and non salesy and after looking at the quality of the Khyam tents we realised we were fortunate the the tent we wanted was not there!

Around 18 months ago I purchased an Airtek 8 inflatable tent at the Camping & Caravan show.
I used this tent extensively and it is fantastic! At the Feb 2024 show I approached the sales team to purchase the flooring for the front extension. It transpired that this was part of the original order and hadn’t been included and I hadn’t realised.
The rep rectified this at the show without quibble and within a week the missing ground sheet had arrived.
I am really impressed with the tent and after sales service and would recommend this company if you want an excellent product with genuine after sales support

Went to the NEC to buy a tent and had already picked a Vango we liked then we saw the khyam stand and wow we changed our minds immediately.any questions we asked they were knowledgeable and friendly.no pressure and full of laughter. So I have spent more than maybe I thought I was going too but the quality is so much better and the delamere 8 for us is exactly what we were looking for and the bundle deal was a no brainer. Can't wait to get it and start camping again.

Very helpful informative staff. Great price point and looking forward to trying out the product on our next camping trip. Would highly recommend Khyam.

Went to the Camping and Caravaning Show to look for a new tent (and left with 2). Attended with my family and friend to look at what was new and available for 2024 and we came across the new Kyham AirTek Delamere 8.0. The tent is packed full of features and plenty of space for a family of 5, as well as giving my wife the luxuries she wants in a tent.

The stand and team were great, Joe and Steven were super helpful and really knowledgeable, we had lots of questions but all answered well and demoed features, where needed. By the end we were very happy and bought 2 Khyam AirTek Delamere 8.0 tents! Can't wait to go camping when they arrive.

I went shopping for a tent but there are so many to choose from. I am after longevity and I expect my tents to last for 10 years or more. In the end I chose the Khyam Airtec6 simply because the in depth product knowledge form them was superior to all other companies on display.
