One of my coustomer pay me 650₹ via…

One of my coustomer pay me 650₹ via KHATABOOK QR code on 15/12/2022. I didn't get any notification or sms as usual, also there's no update in khatabook app too. After that I checked with the customer and he share the screenshot of the payment, which I attached with this email. Then I contact your chat support and rise the ticket for the issue, my ticket id is 210745. Wait time is 72 hours for the resolution but still when I call or msg to khatabook support, received only one message "please wait more". Team is also not able to give me a proper time, when my issue is resolved (in one day or one year) they just said "please wait more". Why I hold my hard earned money in these process. It make effect on my business too, when you call your customer for payment screenshot. Recived 0 resolution from support team. Also they said if you want rise a complaint on consumer court,
